Mickey School Gift Contest

The Pepsodent Mickey school gift Contest begins on 1st June 2015 and ends on 20th Aug 2015. There will be no acceptance of any entries for any reason after the contest ends.

To participate in this Contest, a consumer needs to:
** Give a missed call on 18001239700; and the caller will get a call back/ SMS communicating further instructions.
** Retain the Pepsodent pack with the “30000 Exciting Mickey Mouse School gifts to be won” offer with your unique code for verification. Entries without the pack confirmation will not be entertained.

The winner shall be selected by a draw of lots, which shall be conducted by an independent team of auditors. The Lucky Winners will be called by our agency/ vendor for detailed information (full name, address with pin code, alternate contact number etc.) to courier the gift. A caller can maximum enter 6 different unique codes in the entire campaign.

For residents of Tamil Nadu, to participate in the contest, they shall have to:
** Participate in an additional SMS based slogan contest leg and winners will be selected basis quality of slogan sent

A panel of judges decided by HUL shall select the best slogan from the participants, and such participants shall win the Disney goodies. The decision of the judges selected by HUL shall be final in this regard.

Among the Disney goodies, any one of the following can be won, which shall be as per pre-determined sequence and allotment procedure:
** Pepsodent- Mickey branded Sipper ;
** Pepsodent- Mickey branded Tiffin Box ; or
** Pepsodent- Mickey branded Pencil Box

Terms and Conditions:

** Without the detailed information and unique code confirmation the selection of winner will be not be valid.

** The winner will get courier details through SMS once it is dispatched.

** The time of delivery will typically be 3 weeks from day of dispatch; although it is subject to delays due to unavoidable circumstances at courier vendors’ end. HUL will not be responsible for any such delays.

** If the winner is from remote area , then delivery of the gifts might take more than 3 weeks

** If any caller is attempting invalid code; the maximum attempt the winner will get 3 in a day or total 5 in a week or total 7 in overall campaign. After that the number will get blocked for this campaign.

** Participation in the contest is open to all consumers of Pepsodent who, on the date of entry, are legal residents of India, at least 18 (eighteen) years of age or older. Employees, officers, directors and their immediate family members of the Hindustan Unilever Limited (“HUL”) and their respective parent, affiliated and subsidiary companies, advertising and promotion agencies, legal and financial advisors and all other companies associated with this Contest are not eligible to enter.

** In the event a minor participated in the contest, it shall be done with the express permission of their parents / guardian. Such permission shall be deemed to have been procured before participation, and HUL shall have the authority of seeking evidence of such permission from the participants. For the purpose of these terms and conditions, all clauses herein shall be applicable and binding on the parents / guardians of minor participants.

** HUL has the sole right to withdraw/ edit any aspect of the Contest at its discretion and/or alter the terms and conditions without prior notice and such withdrawal/editing and/or alteration of terms and conditions shall be final and binding from the day of such amendment, as updated in this website.

** Entries may only be submitted by individual Participants. Group entries will not be accepted (although different individuals might have taken part in the making of an entry, only one individual whose name / number has been used for the purposes of this contest shall be the considered participant for the same).

** All entries must be submitted in the English language. Entries not submitted in accordance with the instructions provided in relation to this contest and the terms and conditions herewith, shall not be considered for the Contest and HUL shall bear no responsibility for any such entries.

** Participants of the Contest grant unequivocal permission to HUL and its agents to store the photographs of the participants subject to the privacy policy of HUL. Such photographs taken therein may be used by HUL for any promotional purposes of Pepsodent, and the no other permission of any manner shall be required from the Participant in this regard.

** HUL may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any submissions and prohibit further participation in this Contest of any person who tampers with or benefits from any tampering with the submission process or with the operation of this Contest or acts in violation of these terms and conditions, acts in a disruptive manner or acts with the intent to annoy,abuse, threaten or harass any other person.

** Participant agrees to indemnify and hold HUL and its agents, officers and employees harmless against all losses and damages that may occur due to an act, omission, negligence, or deliberate act of the Participant

** By participating in this contest, the participant also agrees to receive further communication or intimations, though sms / call / e-mail from HUL, with respect to surveys, promotions, offers, or advertisements for HUL ors it various brands and products.

** Prizes are non-transferable, and are offered on a ‘NO EXCHANGE’ basis. The Winners do not have the choice or option of asking for an alternative goodie in place of the one sent to the winner.

** Prize recipients must, at HUL’s request and free of any charge, participate in any promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the receiving of the prize or in relation to the contest and she consents to HUL using her name and image in any promotional material or activity

** HUL will not enter into any correspondence, including email, with non-winning participants.

** HUL’s decisions shall be final in all matters relating to this Contest and no correspondences will be entertained.

** It is the responsibility of the participants to inform HUL of any change in the address of correspondence.

** Apart from the entitlement to the above prize, the winner will have no other rights or claim against HUL

** HUL shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations caused by weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, acts of God or any other circumstances amounting to Force Majeure.

** All disputes arising out of these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Mumbai.
