This Contest is purely on a “best effort” basis and participation is voluntary for the eligible Subscribers of Hungama Music Service (the “Service”). HUNGAMA in association with Idea Cellular Ltd, reserves the right to participation in this Contest.

Term / Offer or Contest Period :
This Contest is open for a limited period only from 19th March at 00:00 hrs to 18th May 2016 at 23:59:59 hrs (“Contest Period”).

Eligibility Criteria:
** The Contest is open for active pre-paid category of cellular subscribers of Idea Cellular Ltd, in telecom circle of Madhya Pradesh & Chhattisgarh (“MP & CG”) only (the “Subscribers”).
** This Contest is not available to the Subscribers roaming in other telecom circles of Idea Cellular Ltd and also not available to Idea Cellular Ltd roaming subscribers (of other telecom circles), roaming in the above said telecom circle, wherein Contest has been made.
** All prepaid Subscriber shall be eligible to participate in this Contest.

In order to be eligible for this Contest, a Subscriber/Participant must fulfill the following criteria:
** He/She should be above 18 years of age.
** He/she must be citizen of India.
** He/She must not have any criminal record nor should be of an unsound mind.
** He/She must not be restrained by any law of the land (e.g. – any court order(s) etc.).
** He must be either an active existing or new subscriber of Service during the Contest Period.

Participation:
This Contest is purely on a “best effort” and is meant for voluntary participation by the existing and new subscribers of Idea Cellular Ltd MP & CG Circle. This Contest is open for IDEA Prepaid customers who shall subscribe to Hungama Music service. The Contest can be attempted as many times as the person wants to during the said period.

To participate in this Contest, a Subscriber/Participant shall have to follow the following-
a) Customer needs to subscribe to Hungama Music @ Rs.29/month and download Hungama Music Application or WAP Portal via any available mode and have to stream/download more & more songs and videos, shall become eligible for participating in this Contest and have the chances to become winner of the Gratifications

Applicable Charges:
For Hungama Music Non-Subscribers:
Hungama Music Service charges are Rs29/30 days. Data charges are as applicable.

Selection of Top Performer(s)/Highest Scorer(s):
Daily Prize: 1st Participant of the day who has subscribed to Hungama Music service by paying full amount of Rs.29/month shall be selected as winner for that particular day

Bumper Prize: Participant who has subscribed to Hungama Music service by paying full amount of Rs.29/month and has spent maximum time on the App/WAP by streaming, downloading content shall be selected as winner for the month.
Once user is declared for daily prize, he/she cannot be eligible for another daily prize.

Gratifications/Prizes:
Top Participant who has subscribed to Hungama Music at the earliest in a day during/at the end of the Contest Period shall be selected by HUNGAMA in accordance with clause 3.3 of the T&C, and shall be bequeathed as follows: (Note:- Contest gratification paid by HUNGAMA)

** Bumper Prize Will Be 12GB Data Recharge worth Rs. 1999 (1 Winner) for Top performer for respective month.
** 1 Top Performer per day will get recharge of worth Rs. 100/- (30 Winners, 1st Fully Paid customer Every day)
