Film Contest:

This is an extensive contest for students or professionals in media and film. This 24 hour Rush is a one of a kind short film contest where the teams will have to script, direct, shoot, edit, mix, and present the final short film within 24 hours from the time the concept/theme of the short film was announced. All the participants will be given a certificate of participation.

Please check the following for being part of this contest:
** The team/ crew registering should comprise minimum of six people. The running time of the short film should be 5 minutes excluding the end credits, which should only be 30 seconds.
** No equipments will be provided for the shoot. The crew should be equipped with at least a DSLR camera.
** The team should submit the file in 1920 by 1080 in .mov or .mp4 format.
** All crew members should be present with their ID’s for registration.
** Registration will start at 8:00 am on April 2nd, 2016 and closes at 9:30 am.
** Orientation will be given to the teams at 9:40 am.
** The concept of the short film will be announced at 10 am.
** Late submissions will be disqualified. The teams should submit their short film on April 3rd, 2016 before 10 am. Anything past 10am is considered disqualified.
** The result of the 24 Hour Film Rush contest will be announced on April 3rd, 2016.

Prize Money:
** First Prize – INR 50,000
** Second Prize – INR 25,000
** Audience Poll – INR 10,000

Registration:
** Once you register with your information on our website rkfa.in, you shall receive an automated email with your team’s registration number. One of our representatives will email you our contest information packet which will provide you all the essential information and instructions.

** Please respond to the email by listing the names of your team members along with your registration number, so we can issue a letter to your team without which you cannot enter the KINFRA Film and Video Park on the day of the contest. Registration fee for each team is INR 500 (cash only). Once the payment is done at the campus, we will provide each team with a letter of authorization from the administration for the contest.
