Contest Period: 25th March, 2016 to 29th March, 2016

To participate in the Contest you must be:
** An Indian resident,
** 18 years old or over at the time of entry,
** This Contest is not open to employees (or members of their immediate families) of Sansui or its sister/group companies.
** The contestants have to answer all the questions correctly on the Facebook page and Twitter handle.
** Winner for the Contest shall be determined by Sansui on the basis of their answers.
** Winner of #JitnaDoUtnaLo #WorldT20 contest will be those who fulfill all the criteria.
** Sansui’s decision on selection of the winners of the Contest shall be final and binding.
** Sansui shall not entertain any questions, enquiries with respect to the manner of conduct of the winners’ declaration and the contest itself from any party whatsoever.
** Sansui shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered by contestant, or for any personal injury that may be suffered, as a result of participating in contest or using any gifts.
** Sansui will announce winners on the contest. The Winner need to provide his/her details regarding the prize.
** If the Winners are unable to provide the required documents, the Prizes shall be offered to the next shortlisted Participants.
** In case the prize is unclaimed by the winner within the stipulated period or failure to respond within the stipulated time, Sansui may forfeit the prize offered to contestant and prize may be assigned by Sansui to the next deserving winner.
** Prize is not transferable and no substitution or exchange of the Prize shall be allowed.
** There is no cash substitution, cash redemption or cash value in lieu of the respective prize.
** If any advertised prize is not available, Sansui reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
** All taxes, levies and charges, if any, whatsoever relating to the prizes will be borne by the Winners. (FBT/TDS/VAT/RoadTax/ Gift Tax/ Registration/ Insurance/ Octroi etc).
** Payment of applicable Taxes is condition precedent to avail the Prize and in case the winner fails to comply with the applicable laws and fails to pay applicable tax, Sansui will be entitled to select another winner at its own sole discretion.
** Sansui reserves the absolute right to disqualify, if it finds that the contestant has used any improper means to participate in the Contest.
** Sansui reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or terminate this Contest at any time with no prior notice.
** Decision of Sansui on any dispute in relation to the Contest shall be final and binding on all Contestants.
