Need For Speed Share Every Win Contest Official Rules :

1. Sponsor:
This Contest is sponsored by NVIDIA Corporation, with an address at 2701 San Tomas Expressway, Santa Clara, CA 95050, U.S.A. (hereinafter “NVIDIA” or “Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility :
** You must be a legal resident of either The United States of America (excluding Puerto Rico and its other territories and possessions), Canada (excluding the province of Quebec), the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain, The Netherlands, Switzerland, Austria, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Russia, Poland, Czech Republic, Greece, Belgium, Turkey, Australia, Mainland China (excluding Macau), Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, India (excluding the state of Tamil Nadu), Brazil, Mexico, Singapore, Argentina or New Zealand, and you must be eighteen (18) or older to be eligible to participate.

** This Contest is open to individuals only. No team entries and no corporate or institutional entries are permitted in this Contest. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective contractors, service providers and professional advisors connected with this Contest, as well as members of their immediate families and/or households, are NOT eligible to enter.

3. The Challenge :
This Contest involves the following challenge:
** The entrant is required to record and submit their ‘Need for Speed’ gameplay experience with NVIDIA® ShadowPlay™ and use #ShareEveryWinNFS when you post your video on YouTube or screenshot on Instagram or Facebook.
** When the video has uploaded, the entrant is required to complete the entry form on the Contest Website where their video will be judged shortly after the contest termination date.

Judging:
** Winners will be voted on by NVIDIA employees and are chosen from eligible entries to the promotion. NVIDIA will have the sole authority and discretion to select all the winners, and all decisions of NVIDIA will be FINAL.
** NVIDIA judges will take the number of votes into consideration when choosing winners, but votes will not be the sole determining factor in deciding winners. By entering this Contest, you agree to be bound by the decisions of NVIDIA.

4. Prizes:
Odds of Winning The prizes of this Contest are as follows:
1st Place:
** One (1) custom-built PC with a total value of $2500.
** One (1) set of Astro A40 TR Headset + Mixamp Pro TR with Need for Speed speaker tags. Total value of $310
** One (1) Need for Speed goody bag consisting of a T-Shirt, notebook, pen and stickers. Total value of $30

Runner-up Prizes:
** Three (3) GeForce GTX 970 graphics cards with a total value of $300 each
** Three (3) Astro A40 TR headsets with Need for Speed speaker tags with a total value of $150 each
** Three (3) Need for Speed goody bag consisting of a T-Shirt, notebook, pen and stickers. Total value of $30 each

The winner of each prize may not substitute the prize for its cash equivalent. THIS CONTEST HAS NOT PREVIOUSLY BEEN OFFERED.

5. Entry Period :
** To enter this promotion, you must (a) enter through the promotion website; (b) enter via postal mail by printing out the current date, your name and full address and mailing it along with your video on compact disc to Attn: Dan Gallardo, ShadowPlay: Share Every Win, 2701 San Tomas Expressway, Santa Clara, CA 95050.
** Each entrant will be allowed three (3) direct entries. All entries, whether online or by mail, must be posted no sooner than 12:00 AM March 15, 2016, Pacific Daylight Time and received no later than 11:59 PM April 7, 2016, Pacific Daylight Time.

6. Winner Announcement:
Claiming and Awarding of Prize The sponsor of this promotion is NVIDIA Corporation.
