Terms & Conditions :
1. The Program Description:
** This Program is run by Cisco Systems India Private Limited.
** The Program will be available from February 15th – 30 July 2016 (“Program Period”), or until terminated in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, and shall serve as an on-going or continuing Program for Participants until termination or expiration.
** The Program will run in the India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal, Maldives & Bhutan (“Participating Countries”), and Cisco has the discretion to add or remove any of the countries at any time.
** By participating in the Program, Participants warrant that they are eligible to participate under their country’s relevant laws, their organization policies, including those governing prizes and rewards.
** The Participants shall confirm their participation in this program by writing to Vasudeva Krishnamurthy of Cisco at vasudkri@cisco.com
** The Channel Partner shall also provide details of their region specific Sales Person details in the same email. (Name, Designation, Location, email id an Mobile number)
2. Program Eligibility:
** The Program is open to all existing Cisco Registered Partners that qualify the criteria set forth in (b) below.
** Invitation emails will be sent to eligible Cisco Partners to join the program. From time to time, Cisco may pre-approve prospective Participants to join the Program.
** There is no joining fee to join the Program. Registration is granted at the sole discretion of Cisco whose decision shall be final and binding.
** Each Participant who have received invitation emails must register for the Program online via the url ciscoservicesxchange.com to participant in the Program and submit claims online.
** Participants may also view the points accumulated for the sale/contract of participating services offerings during the Promotion Period), after logging in using their username and password at the url.
** Each Participant must ensure that his/her participation in the Program is lawful and is in accordance with the applicable laws in the country where they are employed.
** Each Participant is responsible to ensure their eligibility to participate in and/or receive Rewards in this Program and similar programs and promotions, in compliance with all applicable rules, regulations and policies.
** The Participant acknowledges that Cisco may, at its sole discretion, restrict, suspend, withdraw or otherwise alter aspects of or the whole of the Program, with or without notice at any time to the Participant.
3. Earning Rewards:
** The Participant will be able to earn Rewards for the Cisco services through booking Cisco Service attach & Renewals (two, three and five years respectively)
** A deal is qualified based on ‘Cisco Booked’ status, or upon ‘Revenue Transfer’ completion if services is sold as a bundled deal.
** Global deals with Central Orders from host countries DO NOT qualify for this Program
** The prizes shall be in the form of Gift Cards / Vouchers to the Participant organisation based on their performance during the program period.
** Cisco reserves the right to change the basis on which Rewards are awarded at any time, without notice, at Cisco’s sole discretion, and without any liability or compensation to the Participant.
** Cisco may, at its sole determination, withdraw the Rewards in the event: (i) Rewards are suspected to be fraudulently recorded or earned by the Participant; (ii) Rewards are recorded in error; or (iii) Rewards relate to a transaction which has been cancelled.
