Duration/ Term of the Offer:
This Offer is open for a limited period only i.e. from 9th Day of April, 2016 at 00:00 hrs till 29th May 2016 at 23:59:59 hrs . This Offer is being brought to you by One97 and the Gratifications of the Offer are sponsored by One97 exclusively for the Subscribers1 of Idea. Idea is merely providing its base and SMSC to facilitate the Offer.

Eligibility Criteria:
** The Offer is open for all active Pre-paid & Post-paid category of Subscribers of Idea, in the below mentioned telecom circles (the “Subscribers”). A Subscriber in this Terms and Conditions shall be referred to as “Subscriber”, “Customer”, “You”, “Your” and “Participant”

** In the event the user number / connection is registered in the name of a company/ firm, the employee who is authorized to use the connection shall submit a No Objection Certificate (NoC) and authorization of the employer duly permitting the employee to use the number for participation in the Offer, to receive the services and communications under the offer and also to accept the terms applicable for the Offer.

In order to be eligible for this Offer, a Subscriber/Participant must fulfill the following criteria:
** He/She should be above 18 years of age.
** He/Se must be citizen of India.
** He/She must not have any criminal record nor should be of an unsound mind.
** He/She must not be restrained by any law of the land (e.g. – any court order(s) etc.)
** He/She must have submitted the full set of valid documents as per DoT guidelines, at the time of taking connection.

Participation:
This Offer is meant for the new Subscribers of “Cricket pack” & “Sports pack” services provided by Idea (“Service”). Participation by the Subscriber in this Offer is voluntary.

To participate in this Offer, a Subscriber/Participant shall have to do the following :
(i) A Subscriber has to register itself as the Participant for the Offer by dialing a short code mentioned in sub clause 3.2. Post the registration as subscriber to the Services namely “Cricket pack” & “Sports pack, a Participant shall be eligible for participating in the Offer.

It is also specifically agreed by the Participants / Subscribers that the decision of ONE97 and/or Idea shall be final and binding upon them and agree not to dispute, seek clarification from either ONE97 or Idea or both.

(ii) The Subscribers will be asked 10 skill/knowledge based questions through IVR system on 31st May 2016 & 1st June 2016 or at the end of the Offer period. Five (5) Subscribers who have scored points highest in skill-based question round in least amount of time will be gratified as per the terms mentioned herein.

In case of a tie between two or more subscribers (in scoring), such subscribers in tie shall be asked additional 5 (five) questions through IVR to ascertain the final Five (5) Subscribers.
