** Benefits can be passed only after validation of CAF form and compliance to documentation guidelines.
** In no event Idea Cellular Limited will be liable for the removal of or disabling of access to the offer.
** Idea Cellular Limited may also impose limits on the use of or access to the offer, in any case and without notice or liability.
** Any claims, issues, damages or losses with regards to the hardware (Handset) will be the sole liability of the handset manufacturer. Idea Cellular Limited will not have any responsibility related to the device or handset.
** You expressly agree to avail the offer at your sole risk.
** Idea Cellular Limited reserves the right to change, suspend, remove, or disable access to the offer at any time within the realm of TRAI Guidelines and Directives.
** Further, the terms of this offer shall be concomitantly read with terms and conditions of the CAF.
** The benefits under the offer shall be available and restricted to the Home Circle and while on roaming, rates (data) as per the applicable roaming tariffs shall apply.

Prepaid terms and conditions:
** The customer would need to recharge with Rs.343 or Rs.494 to claim the benefits of the recharge denomination.
** The additional data benefit of 1GB and 1.5GB on recharge denomination of Rs.343/- and Rs.494/-
** For new activations customer would need to recharge with first recharge as per recharge value prescribed in the respective circle.
** On Plan recharges are limited to recharges besides the first recharge value for a new subscription.
** On plan benefits for RC Rs.343 and RC Rs.494 are limited only to when the SIM is active in a Samsung Galaxy ON5 or Samsung Galaxy ON 7 smartphones.
** After the offer, customers would automatically migrate on 1GB data and 1.5GB data on Rs.343 and Rs.494/- respectively with free minutes and free sms continuing beyond offer period
** Beyond free minutes in recharge pack customers would be charges 30piasa per minute for idea to idea 40 paise for idea to other mobile/landline and 50 paise for idea to std numbers.
** Beyond free data, customers would be charged 4p/10KB.
** Customer can avail the additional data benefit till subsequent 12 recharges.

Postpaid terms and conditions:

** Extra data benefit can only be used on Samsung – ON handset.
** Customer will have to move to a new plan to avail the extra benefit only on Samsung-ON handset.
** Customer will walk into any postpaid channel and activate IDEA ALWAYS 343 plan or IDEA ALWAYS 494 plan.
** Post offer period, all customers on IDEA ALWAYS 343 plan or IDEA ALWAYS 494 plan, additional benefit of 1GB and 1.5GB respectively will be withdrawn and they can continue on the same plan.
** Benefits will be pro rata as per bill cycle of the customer.
** Beyond free data, customers would be charged 4p/10KB.

General terms and conditions:
** Only one offer can be activated on a handset and mobile number. Multiple offers can’t be clubbed
** To activate the offer, the Customer needs to visit i4all.ideacellular.com/offers
** Offer benefits will not be given without activation through the link mentioned above
** On successful offer activation, Customer will receive an SMS confirming the offer activation. Offer benefits will be applicable only after the receipt of this SMS
** Offers are limited validity offers and must be activated before the offer expiry date. Offer expiry date is mentioned on the sticker on the handset box.
** In case the handset has been purchased from an ecommerce platform, it must be activated within 90 days of purchasing the device (invoice date will be considered as the purchase date)
** Offer once activated cannot be reversed or re-claimed
** Offers can’t be activated on company paid connections
** Offer benefits may expire if the Customer changes his data pack/booster during the offer period
** Internet speed depends on the network availability (4G/3G/2G) and the type of recharge (4G/3G/2G)
** In Orissa circle 3G would not be available to customer
