Steps To Participate In HBN’S Bumper Prize Contest:
1. Buy any product from Hot Brands Network (hbnindia.com website or TV channels).
2. You will automatically qualify for the Daily Lucky Winner Contest.
3. Daily Lucky Winner will be announced at 9:00PM on our TV channels and Facebook page.
4. Daily Lucky Winner will get a special gift worth Rs 2000 (max).
5. The Daily Lucky Draw Winner of Hot Brand Network will get automatically qualified for Bumper Prize Contest.
6. Daily Lucky Draw Winner of Hot Brand Network needs to submit a self-shot usage video of the gift and share the same on E-mail ID mail@hbnindia.com.
7. We will share the video on our HBN India facebook page.
8. Others can also share the usage video of the product Hot Brand Network on the email ID, if selected their video will also be uploaded on Facebook Page.
9. Increase the views and interaction of the video viewers within 15days of uploading.
10. The video with maximum views and interaction will be the Winner* for Hot Brand Network’s Bumper Prizes.

Terms & Conditions:

1. The organizer of the contest is Hot Brands India Pvt Ltd (Organizer), which shall be solely responsible for the execution of this contest.
2. The HBN Bumper Prize Contest will be governed by the standard terms and conditions. Each participant shall read and understand the terms and conditions before participating in the contest. The terms and conditions of organizers shall be binding upon them.
3. To participate in HBN’s daily lucky winner contest entrants must have placed an order through Telephonic ordering system or through the registered website of the Organizer, hbnindia.com during the promotional period.
4. The entrants are not entitled for Lucky Draw promotion in case of cancelled /return order for any reason whatsoever. And such entrant shall be treated as ineligible under this promotion.
5. The entrants shall be informed about the bumper prize on declaring the results.
6. The Bumper prize article may vary in colour, specification and image depending upon the availability of the stock or modification.
7. Organizer has the right to discontinue or terminate this Bumper Lucky draw at any time without assigning any reason and such decision shall be at the sole discretion of the organizer.
8. Employees, relatives, agents, distributors, advisor, consultants. Vendors and business associates shall not be eligible for this contest.
9. The lucky draw winner will be determined by the organizer discretion. The organizer’s decision shall be final and binding upon all participants and there shall be no communication of whatsoever nature.
10. Daily Lucky Draw Winner of shall need to submit a self-shot usage video of the gift prize and share the same on E-mail ID mail@hbnindia.com and the organizer shall share the video on HBN India facebook page and the winner hereby give his/her consent to the organizer for the same.
11. Those entrants who win the lucky draw shall agree and also confirm to the organizers that the winners photographs and details for display and promotional purpose.
12. The prize including any portion is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be demanded / taken in cash.
13. The prize cannot be awarded to the nominees.
14. The organizer reserve the right to select an alternative winner where the organizer has a reasonable ground to believe that the winner has contravened the terms ad conditions of this contest. The methodology of selecting the alternative winner shall also be on the same criteria.
15. The tax liability of the prize shall be borne entirely by the winner and the organizer shall not be liable for the same on whatsoever grounds.
16. The winner announcement will take place either on live show or any medium of organizer’s choice.
17. If the winner is unable to collect the prize the prize shall be forfeited and the organizer shall have the right to select the winner on the same criterion.
