The Big Summer Ride Contest Terms & Conditions :

1. Information on prizes and how to enter the “CARTOON NETWORK The Big Summer Ride Contest”(Contest) form a part of these Terms & Conditions of Entry (Terms).

2. Entry to the Contest is open to all legal residents of India (individuals only) who are between the ages of 4 to 14 as on 2nd May 2016(each an Entrant and collectively Entrants). Corporate, Agencies, and any non human legal entities are not entitled to participate in the Contest.

3. No purchase is necessary to enter the Contest. All Entrants must seek parental or guardian approval before participating in the Contest. It will be the responsibility of parents or guardians to monitor their children’s participation in this Contest. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter (as defined in paragraph 18 below) and Promoter’s related companies and advertising agencies may not enter the Contest.

4. The Terms & Conditions of the Contest will be posted on cartoonnetworkindia.com. (“Website”) The Promoter shall not be responsible or liable for any loss suffered by the Entrant(s) due to any representation, terms and conditions or incorrect/misleading information relating to the Contest presented/ displayed on any other source.

5. The entrants can send short message services (SMS) “CN”(space) (your answer)” to “58888” (Contest Number). Each SMS sent by an Entrant will cost him or her approximate amount of Indian Rupee (INR) 3 to (INR) 5 per SMS plus taxes.Entrants will be solely responsible for all charges incurred in participating in the Contest, including any internet and, or mobile phone charges.

Entrants may enter the Contest as many times as they wish provided that each entry is separately submitted however, the Entrant(s) shall not be using multiple IDs to participate in the contest. Any single Entrant found using or participating through multiple IDs in the contest shall be disqualified immediately and shall be barred from participating in any future contests with the Promoter

6. Entry to the Contest commences on 2 May 2016 and closes at last entry received at 11:59 midnight of the 27 May 2016 (Contest Period). By entering the Contest, Entrants accept these Terms
7. The prize selection for the Contest will take place at Mumbai, India on 15 June 2016 at 6:00pm.

8. During the Contest Period viewers will be required to watch Cartoon Network (Channel) from10:00 am onwards. Entrants will have to look out for the contest question during the break and send correct answers/ entries via entry mechanism mentioned in paragraph 3 above. The promoter will air the contest question on a daily basis.

9. At the end of the Contest Period, Promoters will select 101 (Hundred and One) winners from among all those Entrants who have answered any of the contest questions asked over the contest duration correctly (each a Winner and collectively Winners). Each Winner will receive following prizes (each a Prize and collectively Prizes);

(a) 1 Bumper Prize Winner will be awarded a round trip to Amazone Thailand for a family of three members which shall include the Prize winner and parents (1 mother and 1 father) and shall include the following:
** Visa Processing;
** Round trip economy-class airfare to Amazone Thailand ;
** Local sightseeing in Amazone Thailand
** 3 nights stay in the hotel at Thailand including breakfast.

(b) 100 Prize Winners will get a chance to win Digital Camera worth not more than INR 5000/- (RupeesFive Thousandonly) each

10. The Promoter will therefore select a total of 101 Winners to the Competition. The total value of all the Prizes will be approximately INR 780,000 /- (Rupees SevenLakhs Eighty Thousand Only).

11. The validity of Prize of a round trip to Amazone Thailand is until 30 September 2016 and the Winners are expected to utilise the Prize at any time after the announcement of the Winner and before 30 September 2016. The validity of the Prize of a round trip to Amazone Thailand cannot be changed i.e. valid until 30 September 2016 and if the Winner(s) fails to visit the location (Amazone Thailand ) as informed to the Winners, the Winners shall loose the chance to utilise the Prize. No other Prize or compensation (monetary or otherwise) shall be awarded to the Winners.

12. Travel Visa for Amazone Thailand shall be upon arrival and the Winner must ensure that their travel documents i.e. the passports of the Winner are valid and should have 9 (nine) months validity before expiry. The Winners shall be solely responsible to mandatorily obtain travel and health insurance during the duration of the stay at Amazone Thailand. The Promoter shall not be responsible in this regard for the Winner.
