Step 2 :
Upload your own version of the Bingo!. Mad Angles Song on www.bingodatashan.com or on www.bingosnacks.com/musicstar.

Step 3 :
After an initial review, a list of selected entries will be chosen and uploaded on all the websites.

Step 4 :
The best entry chosen at the end of Contest period will get to star in a video with Music Stars of Punjab and will also get an exclusive episode on 9x Tashan and a Radio Interview.

Terms & Conditions :

Bingo! Mad Angles Music Star Contest (hereinafter “Contest”) is organized by ITC Limited in association with INX MUSIC PRIVATE LIMITED and 9X Media Private Limited (hereinafter “9X Media Companies”) purely for promotional purposes and is a limited period Contest.

Bingo! Mad Angles Packages are also available without the details of this Contest.

Participation in this Contest is open from 15 July’15 to 15 Sep’15

Contest is open only to Indian citizens residing in any of the following states – Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Delhi and Chandigarh.

The participant should be at least 18 year old before 15 July’15 to be eligible for entry in the contest. For Participants under the age of 18 years as on start date of the contest, The consent of the parent/ guardian is mandatory to participate in this Contest. There is no upper age limit for the contest.

Employees of ITC Limited 9X Media Companies , Ogilvy & Mather, WoW Design Agency and other involved agencies and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in Contest.

Steps to Participate in the Contest :

Music Star Stage 1 – Check out the Bingo! Mad Angles Song on 9X network (9X Tashan & 9XM) , YouTube or Facebook. You can also listen to the song by calling our toll free number 180030001045

Music Star Stage 2 – Participants who wish to enter the contest, need to upload their own version of the Bingo! Mad Angle Song on www.bingosnacks.com/musicstar or on www.9xtashan.com/musicstar.

Music Star Stage 3 – Only after an initial review by an internal team of 9X Media Companies , a list of select entries will be chosen and uploaded on the website and other pages. 9X Media companies shall share with ITC the list of entries chosen to upload

Music Star Stage 4 – The best entry chosen at the end of the contest period by an internal team of 9X Media Companies & ITC will get to star in a video with music stars of Punjab, namely Badshah, Ammy Virk, Akay and Maninder Buttar and will get a chance to feature in an exclusive episode on 9X Tashan and a radio interview.

ITC and 9X Media Companies will not be responsible if due to any unforeseen situation, any of the above singers are unable to participate in the video

The decisions of ITC Limited and 9X Media Companies with respect to the Star Contest shall be final and binding.

By availing the prizes and taking part in the Contest, all participants agree that their name and/or photograph and/or video may appear in any advertisements / promotions of ITC Limited. No fees or other sums are to be paid to the participants on account of taking part in the aforementioned advertisements / promotions.

ITC and 9X Media Companies reserves the right to not give away the prizes in the event of submission of false, incorrect, misleading or fraudulent information and/or in the event of fraud practices like website or mobile system hacking, etc

The prizes will be given to the winner(s) post completion of such audit and verification process as deemed fit by 9X Media Companies and ITC.

ITC Limited and 9X Media Companies are not responsible for any charges/levies paid by the winners or for the costs incurred for redemption of the prizes, sending SMS, etc.

The prizes are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

ITC Limited and 9X Media Companies shall not be responsible for the non-functioning of the contest website or telephone for reasons beyond its control.

The Entry shall be adjudged by ITC and 9X Media Companies and the decision of 9X Media Companies and ITC Limited will be final and binding with regard to any dispute arising out of this Contest and is non-contestable.

ITC and 9X Media Companies reserves the right to change or modify the prizes represented at any point in time without prior notification.

No correspondence shall be entertained with regard to any aspect of the offer, except as specified.

ITC and 9X Media Companies, its officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, or assigns are not liable and do not have obligation with respect to(i) notifications, communications or materials sent by a Participant, that are lost, late, misdirected, garbled, inaccurate, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, damaged or otherwise not received by ITC and 9X Media Companies , in whole or in part, due to computer, post office or technical error of any kind, (ii) telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties, (iii) power-related or weather-related events of any kind, and/or to any event not under 9x Media Companies and ITC’s direct control, (iv) entries or other communications from Participants that contain inaccurate information or do not comply with these rules, (v) errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in operation or transmissions, theft, destruction, unauthorized access or alterations by Participants or third parties, (vi) any damages or losses of any kind caused by any gift resulting from acceptance, possession or use of any gift. ITC, in their sole discretion, reserve the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or otherwise violating these rules. 9X Media Companies and ITC further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify this Contest if this Contest cannot be completed as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort.

Any dispute arising out of or in relation to this Contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru.

Participation in this Contest shall be construed as an unconditional acceptance of the terms and conditions stipulated herein.

9X Media Companies and ITC Limited reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this Contest, including extending, withdrawing or discontinuing the same without notice, without assigning any reason, at its discretion without any liability.
