Logo Design Contest :
DoT invites creative designers, artists and innovators to participate in Department of Telecommunications (DoT), Govt of India Logo Design Competition for usage on social media.

The logo should depict the vision of DoT and easily relatable to the Telecommunication.
Contest Terms & Conditions:
1. The Competition is open to all citizens of India only.
2. Participants must have accurate and updated MyGov Profile including profile photo, name and phone number. Entries with incomplete profiles would not be considered.
3. All entries must be submitted to the creative corner section of mygov.in. Entries submitted through any other medium/ mode would not be considered for evaluation.
4. The winning design of the logo would be the intellectual property of the Department of Telecommunications (DoT), Government of India and the winner cannot exercise any right over it, after acceptance of the prize.
The prize winning logo is meant to be used by Department of Telecommunications (DoT), Government of India for promotional and display purposes, IEC (Information, Education & Communication) materials and also for any other use as may be deemed appropriate.
5. The department can take a certificate of originality from winner with an undertaking that “Logo design can be removed & award money taken back”.
6. The participant must be the same person who has designed the logo and plagiarism would not be allowed.
7. Do not imprint or watermark your logo design.
8. The logo must not contain any provocative, objectionable or inappropriate content.
9. The logo design must be original and should not violate any provision of the Indian Copyright Act, 1957.
10. Anyone found infringing on others’ copyright would be disqualified from the competition. Department of Telecommunications (Government of India) does not bear any responsibility for copyright violations or infringements of intellectual property carried out by the participants
11. DoT employees and their relatives are not eligible for the contest.
12. DoT reserves the right to cancel or amend all or any part of the Contest and/ or the Terms & Conditions/ Technical Parameters/ Evaluation Criteria. However, any changes to the Terms & Conditions/ Technical Parameters/ Evaluation Criteria, or cancellation of the Contest, will be updated/ posted on the MyGov platform.
It would be the responsibility of the participants to keep them informed as to any changes in the Terms & Conditions/Technical Parameters/Evaluation Criteria stated for this Contest.
13. The last date for submission is 16th May, 2016 at 0900 Hrs.
