Puma Brand Day Contest:

The Puma Brand Day contest (“Contest”) is made available to you by Puma Sports (India) Private Limited (“Brand”) through Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (“ASSPL”/ “Amazon”). Please read these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) before entering the Contest.

Eligibility:
You need to fulfil the following eligibility criteria to enter the Contest:
(a) You should be an individual legal resident of the Republic of India;
(b) You should have set India as your current country in your account settings on Amazon.in;
(c) You have a billing address within the territory of India; and
(d) You should be of an age 18 years or above at the time of entry into the Contest.

Residents of the state of Tamil Nadu are not eligible to enter the Contest since such contests are prohibited in the state of Tamil Nadu under the Tamil Nadu Prize Schemes (Prohibition) Act, 1979.

Details Of The Contest And How To Enter:
** This Contest will commence from May 11, 2016 at 12:00:01 a.m. (IST) and end on May 13, 2016 at 11:59:59 p.m. (IST) (“Contest Period”).

** In order to be eligible for participating in the Contest, you must purchase any product of the Brand worth INR 3000 or above listed on the Amazon.in, during the Contest Period, provided that your order for such product should not have been cancelled by either you or the seller or the purchased product should not be returned or refunded by you.

** The offer is valid only on products purchased from the following sellers – Cloudtail, Smart Oye and A2Z ALPHA.   Each participant will be eligible to receive only one Prize under this Contest.

** At the end of the Contest Period, amongst all participants who make a purchase in accordance with these T&Cs (specifically Section 2 and 3 above), 10 (ten) participants will be chosen by a random draw of lots who will then receive a Contest question from Amazon through an email. E-mail the answer with the required details mentioned in the e-mail.

** Every selected participant who answers the Contest question correctly within the time period communicated by Amazon shall be entitled to each win a gift hamper from the Brand worth INR 10,000 (Rupees Ten Thousand only) (hereinafter referred to as “Prize”), which would be provided by the Brand.

By entering the Contest, you consent to being placed on a mailing list for promotional and other materials for Amazon. You may update or change your email preferences at the email preferences page.

Other Contests:
Please note that we may be running similar contests or promotions at the same time as this Contest. By entering this Contest, you will not be eligible to receive any benefit awarded in any other promotion/ contest unless you enter each promotion/ contest separately.

Prizes:
** There are a total of 10 (ten) Prizes that will be given as prizes as part of the Contest i.e. 1 (one) Prize shall be given to each participant who is declared a winner in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Contest. In order to receive the Prize, each winner will have to follow such instructions as may be provided by Amazon to such winner.

** The Prize shall be provided by the Brand and all contents of the Prize are as decided by the Brand. You agree and acknowledge that Amazon does not have any role in the providing the Prize or delivery of the Prizes to the selected winner and that you shall not have any claim against Amazon with respect to the same.

** Please note that the description of the Prize offered herein are displayed on an as-is basis for information purposes only and are subject to change by the Brand at its sole discretion. By participating in this Contest, you expressly agree and acknowledge that Amazon shall not be liable and/ or responsible, in any manner whatsoever, for any loss or damage caused to you in connection with such Prize.

Odds of Winning:
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Eligible entries are ones that satisfy the eligibility criteria outlined above and follow the steps outlined in the ‘Details of the Contest and the How to Enter’ section above.
