Selfiemania Contest:
Selfiemania project is a venture of NATIONAL GRAMSHREE TRUST (non-profit organization Public Domain) that provides a platform for those who are looking for a meaningful recognition for their selfies taken during travel and different entertaining activities of life.

Awards:
** All winners, including those receiving special mention, will receive a certificate.
** In addition, a monetary award will be given to the top three wining pictures.
** 1st prize 1,00,000 INR
** 2nd prize 50,000 INR
** 3rd prize 25,000 INR
** Consolation-I (50) 1,000 INR
** Consolation-II (100) 5,00 INR
** Consolation-III (500) 1,00 INR
People’s Choice Award:
** The picture that wins the public vote will receive a special mention, a certificate and a goody bag. The first,Second and Third-prize winner will attend the award ceremony at 31, December 2016, in Delhi, India.
** Winning pictures will be published on the NGT Photo Contest web page in the month leading to the Conference and exhibited in public spaces in India during the conference period.
** Shortlisted pictures and those commended for special mention will also be posted on the NGT Photo gallery and screened on monitors during the conference. Winners will also notified by email.
Entry Criteria:
** The contest is open to any amateur or professional, of any Nationals of India, May also chose to enter their photos for the specially designated national level award category.
** Entrants must be over 15 years. Minors are responsible for complying with all the contest requirements.
** Each Entrants may submit up to three photos plus a completed application form.
By submitting the photograph for consideration, the Entrants attests that:
(a) Entry is an original photograph.
(b) She created the image and owns full copyright to pictures submitted.
(c) Entrant is prepared to certify this attestation on request.
(d) Submitted image has not been published in the past.
(e) Submitted image has not been submitted in past any photo contests.
(f) S/he has obtained all necessary third-party releases.
(g) Submissions are in compliance with the legal and copyright laws of his/her country.
If your photo(s) is shortlisted, you will be asked to re-submit it in high resolution (300 dpi on A3 size paper). If deemed necessary, an entrant may also be requested to submit the original source files. Submission are made by 11:59 pm CET (22:59GMT), 30 August 2016.
Technical Specifications:
(a) Pictures taken with fish-eye lens are NOT eligible.
(b) HDR images and stitched panoramas are NOT eligible.
Even minor corrections of the kind stated below are NOT acceptable:
(a) Burning, dodging or color correction
(b) Hand tinting
(c) Film or print copies are NOT eligible Initial entries
In digital format must be: JPEG (.jpg or .jpeg) in portrait or landscape format at
(a) a resolution of 72dpi or
(b) 800×600 pixels
(c) saved as 8 bit RGB with the JPEG image compression option set at quality level 8 (80%) or higher
Re-submissionof Shortlisted Entries:
(a) Highest resolution digital format or an 8×10 professional photographic print.

** 3 June 2016: Launch of the First NGT National photo contest
** 30 August 2016: Last Date for submission of photos
** 1 September -26 September 2016: short-listing by panel
** 1 October-26 October 2016:Jury Selection process
** 1 November-20 November 2016: Public voting for people’s choice
** 27 November-announcement of winners
** 31 December 2016 : Award ceremony, in Delhi, India
