Cash Back Bonanza Offer Terms & Conditions :

** The name of this promotional offer is ‘“MIDEA CASH BACK BONANZA OFFER”’ (hereinafter referred to as “Offer”).

** This Offer is valid in select cities in India, with select retail outlets only, and at the sole discretion of CARRIER MIDEA INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as ‘CMI”). This offer is not valid for the state of Tamil Nadu
** This Offer is available and valid only for citizens of India.
** This Offer is valid for all individuals who purchase a Midea brand Washing Machine from CMI authorized dealers (“Customer”) starting from 12:00 am on 15th May 2016, to 11:59 pm on 30th June, 2016 (“Offer Period”).
** CMI reserves the right to change/alter & modify the terms & conditions of this Offer at any given point at its sole discretion without giving any reason whatsoever.
** CMI reserves the right to extend or annul the offer period at its discretion.
** The Customers of CMI who are eligible for this Offer are not bound in any way to participate in this Offer. Any participation is voluntary and the Customer may opt out of the Offer at the time during the Offer Period.
** There is no compensation for non-participation in the Offer under any circumstances whatsoever.
** To be eligible for participating in this Offer, the Customer must have made a purchase of a Midea brand Washing Machine from a CMI authorized dealer on or before 30th June 2016.
** As part of Offer, Cash Back of up-to Rs. 10,000/- will be given to those Customer(s) who have purchased a Midea Washing Machine from an authorized dealer.
** To Avail this Offer, the Customer has to follow the hereunder mentioned process/ instructions:
** Customer will give a missed call to 80000 04447 (Toll Free) from his/her mobile phone. Call from Customer mobile phone number is necessary for CMI to maintain record of the Customer.
** Customer will get a call back on his/her mobile phone from CMI agency. This will be an Automated Interactive Voice Recorded (IVR) call.

The IVR will ask the Customer to input details through phone keypad numbers on the following:
Language Selection:
Input 1 for Hindi; Input 2 for English

Identification:
Input 1 for Customer;

Type of Midea Washing Machine purchased : Customer to press on keypad
** 1 for Midea Semi-Automatic Twin Tub Washing Machine
** 2 for Midea Fully Automatic Washing Machine (Including Fully Automatic Top Load Washing Machine & Front Load Washing Machine)

** Once the Customer has entered the type of Washing Machine purchased, the IVR will ask for the Dealer Code. The Dealer will provide dealer code to Customer at the time of purchase of Washing Machine. Customer to key in the 4 digit dealer code on his key pad.
** Once IVR confirms the details keyed in by the Customer, the Customer can disconnect the call.
** Post disconnection, the Customer will receive an SMS with the Cash Back amount that the Customer has been offered (Automatically allotted by a computer generated algorithm) and a unique code.
** On receipt of the unique code, the dealer will give Cash Back Offer Amount as discount on the final invoice price to the Customer.

CMI will not be responsible or liable for the following during the Calling & Cash Back Offer digital interaction :
** Any wrong submission of required details.
** Any failure to receive submissions due to transmission failures, technical glitch or other conditions beyond its reasonable control.
** Any computer or communications related malfunctions or failures
** Any delay or loss or damage due to Act of God, Governmental actions, and any other force majeure circumstances.
** Customer’s mobile is not working or not reachable due to any technical fault at customer’s end.
** A Customer who will be identified by his/her mobile number can qualify only once for the Offer during the Offer Period.
** If a customer has bought two Washing Machines, he/she will have to dial in from another Mobile Phone of an immediate family member to apply/avail of the Cash Back Offer.
** CMI will have the sole discretion & final authority to determine who qualifies as an eligible Customer, as per the eligibility criteria, and CMI’s decision in this regard will be final and binding on the participating Customers.
** The Customer will not be compensated for non-participation in the Offer under any circumstances whatsoever.
