MySthan Contest Terms and Conditions:

1. This Rajasthan Tourism- MySthan Contest (“Contest”) will be governed by the Terms and Conditions contained herein below (“T&C”). Each participant agrees that he/she has read and understood the T&C by participating in the Contest and each participant agrees to be bound by the T&C.

2. This Contest commences from 26th May, 2016 and is valid only till 31st May, 2016. The participants can participate in the Contest till 23 hours on 31st May, 2016 (“Closing Day/Time”).
3. The winner of the Contest will be announced on or before 1st June, 2016.
4. The organiser of the Contest is Rajasthan Tourism.
5. The participant may enter the Contest by accessing mysthan.in and participating in the contest being conducted on tourism.rajasthan.gov.in/claim-my-sthan/index.html
6. The Contest is open only for the resident across the globe and are aged 18 years or above.

7. The Contest will be conducted in the following phases:
A) Participant selects his/her preferred image;
B) Enter part or whole of his/her name that will be display on the selected image.
C) Rajasthan Tourism shall choose five (5) participants on the basis of the popularity of the image on Social Media platforms and reason stated for selecting an image. (“Winner(s)”).

8. The Winner will win a two days stay in Rajasthan (“Prize”). The Winner shall bear all the taxes that are applicable on the Prize. Rajasthan Tourism may at its sole discretion and without consultation or prior notice to the participants, at any time, to substitute or replace the Prize with any other prizes of similar value.

9. Rajasthan Tourism shall notify the Winners by sending an email to him/her and declaring the same on Rajasthan Tourism Facebook page.

10. Incomplete, indecipherable, illegible or incorrect entries or any entry which violates or breaches the T&C will automatically be disqualified. Entries received after the Closing Date/Time will be disqualified. The decision of Rajasthan Tourism to shortlist the participants and decide the Winners shall be final and binding on the participant

11. All personal details submitted by the participants must be accurate and complete and are subject to proof upon request by Rajasthan Tourism. Rajasthan Tourism reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and the participants and to disqualify any entry not submitted in accordance with the T&C or which tampers the entry process.

12. Each participant can have only one entry.
13. Rajasthan Tourism shall not be liable for any cost incurred by the participant for participating in the Contest.
14. Rajasthan Tourism will not accept any responsibility for entries lost, delayed or misdirected. Rajasthan Tourism shall not be responsible for technical errors in telecommunication networks, Internet access or otherwise preventing entry to the Contest.
15. The participant shall be responsible for ensuring that their entry and/or acceptance of the Prize do not contravene any local laws or regulations.
16. Rajasthan Tourism shall have sole discretion in shortlisting the entries and deciding on the Winners. Participants shall not be entitled to question the selection procedure.

17. The following categories of persons are not eligible to enter the contest:
A) Employees of Rajasthan Tourism and/or their associates, distributors, dealers, vendors, suppliers and their family members up to first degree of consanguinity.
B) Employees and/or their associates of any agency associated with Rajasthan Tourism either directly or indirectly and their family members up to first degree of consanguinity.

18. The Prize is non-transferable and not-for-sale. No cash alternatives will be offered in lieu of the Prize. The Winner shall not be refunded cash in case he/she wishes not to go on the trip or any part of the same.
