Colouring Competition (group-wise):
Distribute photocopies of the enclosed colouring sheets to the students. Any medium can be used for colouring

Entry Fee: Rs. 50/- per entry
Student Awards In Each Group:
** 1 X 5 = 5 Cash Award of Rs. 1000/- each group
** 2 X 5 = 10 Cash Award of Rs. 500/- each group
** 3 X 5 = 15 Cash Award of Rs. 100/- each group
** 20 X 5 = 100 Cash Award of Rs. 50/- each group
** 300 Avantika Silver Jubilee Certificate with Shield each group
** 500 Smt. Saroj Gupta Memorial Certificate with Shield each group
** 750 Mahatma Gandhi Appreciation Certificate with Shield each group
** 1000 Gold Medal, Silver Medal & Bronze Medal (Plated) each group
** 15000 Laxmi Bai Honourable Certificate each group
** 15000 Dr. Abul Kalam Merit Certificate each group
** All participants will get Participation Certificate
Principal & Teacher Awards:
District Award:
School sending above 150 entries. Principal and one teacher will be awarded Shield & Certificate.
State Award:
School sending above 250 entries. Principal & one teacher will be awarded with Gift, Shield & Certificate in State Level ceremony.
National Award:
School sending above 350 entries. Principal & one teacher will be awarded with Special Gift, Shield, Dupatta & Certificate in New Delhi on 10 October 2015.
International Award:
School sending above 500 entries. Principal & two teacher will be awarded with Super Gift, Shield, Dupatta & Certificate in New Delhi on 10 October 2015
Note:
These are based on total number of entries from one school. Additional teacher will be awarded for every 500 entries.
Rolls and Regulations :
** DemandDraft in favour of AVANTIKA,NEWDELHI.
** A school can send one D.D. for all three competition entries.
** For less then 10 entries, entry fee will be Rs. 200/- per entry.
** For less then 50 entries, entry fee will be Rs. 150/- per entry.
** Essay should be written with black / blue ink in ANY Indian language
** Separate list should be sent for Essay, Greeting Card&Colouring Competition
** List of participating students must be sent in English language only (In CAPITAL letters, class wise) to avoid spelling mistakes.
** Student list can be sent electronically either by E-mail or CD.
** A student can participate in all competitions & send as many essay, Cartoon or colouring sheets.
** School can deduct upto 10% of the total payment against expenses like Photstat, D.D., Packing&Posting etc
** All entries must have the following information at their back: Participant Name, Class §ion, Schoolname&address (in English letters).
** All disputes are subject to Delhi Jurisdiction
Entries packets with the scribing of Programme Officer Talent Search Competition 2015 may be sent through Regd.

Why don't you conduct like above competitions including Quiz, poetry, critics about the given topics about teaching & other contemporary issues etc. Why because If teachers updates their talents, increase their talents, so that they will teach more effectively [even solo, group singing competitions can be conducted]. These can be published in your magazine by publishing regionally.
My daughter Krishangi krittitya Borah,of class IV in 2015 from Maharishi Vidya Mandir II Public School, Rajgarh Guwahati , Assam has been awarded Gold medal of Avantika Art competition, can we get certificate of aforesaid achievement.
My son got a silver medal in 2017 Bright School Baroda.

Why you have make this rule that entries will only be send by school. If you all clear my points then I will take part in this.
