OnePlus Quiz Contest:

The OnePlus Quiz contest (“Contest”) is brought to you by OnePlus(“OnePlus”/ “Brand”) and made available to you by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (“ASSPL”/ “Amazon”). Please read these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) before entering the Contest.

Eligibility:
You need to fulfill the following eligibility criteria to enter the Contest:
(a) You should be an individual legal resident of the Republic of India;
(b) You should have set India as your current country in your account settings on Amazon.in;
(c) You have a billing address within the territory of India; and
(d) You should be of an age 18 years or above at the time of entry into the Contest.

Details Of The Contest & How To Enter:
** This Contest will commence from 11th June, 2016 at 12:00:01 a.m. (IST) and end on 14th June, 2016 at 11:59:59 p.m. (IST) (“Contest Period”).
** In order to be eligible for the Contest, during the Contest Period you must sign-in to or sign-up from an account on the Amazon.in App (“Amazon.in App”).
** Once you have signed-in to the Amazon.in App, you can participate by navigating to the page where 3 (three) questions will be posted on each day of the Contest Period regarding OnePlus/ the Brand.
** The 3 (three) such questions will be posted on each day of the Contest Period at different time intervals commencing from 12:00 a.m. and ending on 10:00 a.m.
** Accordingly, the first question will be posted on each day of the Contest Period between 12:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., the second question will be posted between 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and the third question will be posted between 5:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.
** Thereafter, if you answer correctly to the question at the first attempt and do not subsequently re-enter another answer to the same question, you will be entitled for a lucky draw which will be carried out amongst participants who have answered that particular question correctly.
** The draw of lots will be carried out during the Contest Period for each set of questions and 1 (one) participant will be selected as the winner by a random draw of lots for each set of question(s) on each day of the Contest Period.
** That is, a total of 12 (twelve) participants will be selected as winners for each question on each day of the Contest Period which will be announced at the end of the Contest Period.
** The declared winner(s) will be eligible for winning an OnePlus 3 mobile phone (hereinafter referred to as “Prize(s)”).
** Each participant will be eligible to receive only one Prize under this Contest each.

Prizes:
There are a total of 12 (twelve) Prize(s) that will be given under this Contest. The Prize will be delivered to the winner on or before 22nd June, 2016 by OnePlus. Amazon will not be responsible and/ or liable for handling, entertaining or resolving any queries or grievances regarding the status, fulfillment, use or misuse of the Contest in any manner whatsoever. Amazon will not mediate or resolve any dispute or disagreement between the participant and OnePlus.

Odds of Winning:
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Eligible entries are ones that satisfy the eligibility criteria outlined above and follow the steps outlined in the ‘Details of the Contest and the How to Enter’ section above.
