** The Delhi Airport – #Splitsvilla9 – Where Women Rule Contest shall be open on 17th June and end 17th June 11:59PM. (“Contest Period”).

** The Contest is open to residents of India who are above the age of eighteen (18) years. In the event that a person is below the age of eighteen (18) years and participates and wins this Contest, he/she shall be disqualified and shall not be entitled to the prize. This Contest is not open for Panasonic India employees and their families.

** To participate in this contest, the contestant must use the following hashtags with their entries – #Splitsvilla9
** By participating in the Contest you (i.e. “Contestant”) agree and accept the Terms and Conditions of the Contest mentioned here. Panasonic India reserves the right to cancel or amend the Contest or its rules without notice.
** To participate in the Contest, you need to Like/follow/Share/RT official channels.
** Winner will be decided from the combine entries of Facebook and Twitter. · The winners must share their Government issued ID and address proof to claim their prize.
** Winner will be gratified with One Panasonic Smart Phone.

** The winner will be chosen by Panasonic India and Panasonic India’s decision will be final and binding in this regard and no correspondence of any nature whatsoever will be entertained in this regard. Any taxes, if applicable, on the prizes shall be borne by the respective winners who would be required to indemnify Panasonic India in this regard.

** The prizes shall not be transferable/redeemable for cash. No request shall be entertained in this behalf. PANASONIC INDIA reserves the right to substitute prizes with prizes of equal value at any time. · Prizes shall be delivered within a period of 60 days from the conclusion of the Contest Period.

** PANASONIC INDIA reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of these terms and conditions.
** All rights, title and interest, including but not limited to the intellectual property rights in the promotional material(s), any/all tweets, facebook comments and on-ground comments shall vest solely and exclusively with PANASONIC INDIA at all times.

** PANASONIC INDIA will have the right to reproduce all the comments/tweets in any and all formats, media and/or mediums including but not limited to television, internet, mobile, print etc., without any permission and/or payment to the Contestants.

** PANASONIC INDIA reserves the right to change, alter or cancel this Contest in part or full, or change any or all of the terms and conditions that are applicable, without assigning any reason or giving prior intimation/notice of any kind and will not be liable for any consequential losses/damages.
