Phone Chalu Rakho Offer :

This Offer is run by Idea Cellular Limited and its UPW Circle Office and the Offer is open for a limited period from 20th June 2016 00:00:01 hrs. till 14th August 2016 23:59:59 hrs. for the pre-paid category of the Idea Cellular subscribers of UPW/Uttrakhand.

Eligibility to participate in the Offer:
** This Offer is open and valid for all active and existing pre-paid Subscribers of Idea.
** Subscriber must be 18 years of age or above.
** He/she must be a citizen of India.
** He/she must not have been either prosecuted or convicted for any criminal offence nor be of an unsound mind and has a firm contractual capacity.
** Subscriber must not be under any legal disability e.g. insolvency, restraint by Court Order etc.
** Subscriber must be an active prepaid subscriber or customer of Idea during the announcement or selection of winner.
** Subscribers must belong to the Circle mentioned hereinabove.
** The Contest is not open for employees and their relatives, distributors, franchisees, agents and suppliers of IDEA.

Procedure to participate in the Offer
** Subscriber has to give a missed Call on 121777 (Toll Free) on daily basis to be eligible for gratification.
** To be eligible for fortnightly gratification, subscriber needs to give missed call on 121777 on daily basis for 14 days.

Time period for fortnightly contest are:
** 20th June 2016 to 3rd July 2016
** 4th July 2016 to 17th July 2016
** 18th July 2016 to 31st July 2016
** 1st August 2016 to 14th August 2016

Note:
All subscriber(s) who gave miss call on 121777 on daily basis during the contest period with effect from 20th June 2016 to 14th August 2016 will be eligible for the Grand/Bumper Gratification.

Winner Selection:
For daily gratification:-
** Daily first 10,000 subscribers who will give miss call on 121777 and the same subscribers will be eligible for the daily Gratification.
** The winners will be credited their respective benefits within 72 hours.

For Fortnightly gratification:
** Subscriber who will give miss call every day on 121777 fortnightly as per above the dates mentioned hereinabove and with maximum Outgoing minutes of usage in Home Network in said period (Wherein ‘Home Network’ is referred to as UPW and Uttrakhand telecom circle) will be eligible for the Fortnightly Gratification.

For Bumper gratification:
** Subscriber who will give miss call every day on 121777 during the contest period as per the dates mentioned hereinabove and with maximum Outgoing minutes of usage in Home network in said period (Wherein ‘Home Network’ is referred to as “UPW and Uttrakhand telecom Circle”) will be eligible for the Bumper Gratification.

** An external auditor will be appointed by the Idea Cellular Limited to select Daily/Fortnightly/Bumper winner.
** In case, there is tie between the contestant subscribers, then the subscriber who made the first miss call on the first day of the offer will be the winner of this offer.

Gratification/Prizes:
**   Local i2i mins./3G data/Local National SMS: Daily 10000 Winner

First 500 winners	30 mins. Local Idea to Idea	Validity 2 days
After that 7000 winners	10 mins. Local Idea to Idea	Validity 2 days
After that 1500 winners	50 MB 3G data	Validity 2 days
Last 1000 winners	25 Local/National SMS	Validity 2 days

** Motorcycle worth upto Rs. 50,000/-: 1 winner every fortnight (Fortnightly Gratification)
** Car worth upto Rs. 5,00,000/-: 1 Grand winner (Bumper Gratification)

IDEA will not be responsible for any loss, damage, claimed/demanded by the subscribers due to any of the following reasons:-
** Subscriber is unable to dial on this short code i.e (121777) in this offer.
** Subscriber is unable to understand the terms and conditions of the Contest
** Subscriber is unable to understand the process of participation or is unable to participate in the Contest;
** Subscriber is declared as a winner and but the age of the subscriber is less than 18 years or is incompetent to enter into a contract;
** Any other reason, event, error or incidence not within the control of IDEA
