The Department of Training & Technical Education in association with SirC.V.Raman Govt 1.T.I Dheerpur Delhi organizes aFree Workshop &Competition for Digital Photography Photomarathon 2016

All photographers, Culture and community lovers amateurs are invited to participate in the Digital Photography Workshop and completion as per the categorizes given below

1. Category- ‘A’ – Below the age 22 Years as on 01.05.2016
2. Category- ‘B’ – Below the age 22 Years as on 01.05.2016

Venue: Sir.C.V.Raman Govt l.T.I Dheerpur Delhi

Important Dates:
1. Registration : 24*June 2016 from 9.00 Am to 11:00 AM
2. Workshop (Free) : 24* June 20 16 from 11:00 Am to 3:00Pm.
3. Competition Below & age-22 Years : 26* June2016 from 10:00 Am to 3:00Prn
4. Declaration of Result and Prize Distribution : To be intimated after Competition on the registered cell Phone through SMS/ e-mail/ Post

Prizes:
Cash prizes will be given along with certificate for both Categories.
i. 1st Prize : Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only)
ii. 2nd Prize : Rs.5,000/- (Rupees five Thousand Only)
iii. 3rd Prize : Rs. 2,500/- (Rupees Two Thousand & Five Hundred Only)

Eligibility:
i. The participant, hereinafter referred to as “Entrant” has to be an Indian resident.
ii. Minimum Age for participation should be 14 Years as on 01.05.201 6
iii. Entrant must submit proof of age at the time of registration. Entrant can submit photocopy of any one of these, the Birth certificate/School leaving certificate/ LIC policy (Minimum 12 months in force)/ College certificate/PAN Card, Passport/Driving License/School ID/Collage ID mentioning their age as proof.
iv. The Entrant should have a valid address proof like driving license, passport, Voter ID, card, electricity bill, BSNL/MTNL telephone bill, School ID/Collage ID mentioning their home address.

Terms & Condltions :
1. The photo marathon contest is open to all residents of India. Registration form is available at the websites: tte.delhigov.nic.in or scvriti.delhi.gov.in. Must fill the registration from online or by hand at Sir C.V.Raman Govt I.T.I. Dheerpur Delhi-110009, on or before 26 June 2016, by 10:OO AM.

2. The Department Institute would not provide any facility / equipment to support for the contest.
3. The participants will have to shoot the photograph according to any of the two themes given on the spot
4. Each participant will be required to submit only one photograph per theme.
5. The Photograph should be in JPEG format only. It is up to the participant to choose the photograph he/she wishes to use at the time of submission.
6. The Department Institute shall not be liable for any error / lapse / slippage in uploading any photograph for the Photo contest.
7. The photographs should only be taken by Digital SLR or point and shoot digital cameras. Photography by Cellphones/smart phone are not allowed.
8. Both Color and / or black-and-white photographs are accepted in the Photo contest.
9. No in camera or computer editing is allowed for the entry photograph.
10. Objects should not be added or removed in order to enhance the shot
