Participation fee per person: $300 (USD)
Late entry fee per participant after 600 participants registration: $500 (USD)

Lodging, meals and transportation will be organized by the committee and also there will be provision of participation certificates.

Taegeuk/Poomsae Contest:
1. Date : from 9 am, Saturday, October 3rd , 2015
2. Place : Mumbai – District Sports Complex, Dharavi Mumbai
3. Qualification of the participants: Registered contestants for the contest
4. Divisions: By age and Poom/Dan

Competition System:
1) Divisions:
Color belts : It will be classified into 24 categories for each man and woman. (in teams of 4)
Black belts : It will be classified into 16 categories for each man and women. (in teams of 4)

2) Methods of competition:
Group tournament
** Match list will be made by belt/age/gender/weight on the spot.
** Contestants will compete with their group’s member for Kyorugi and Poomsae
** Male and female contestants may be mixed together as a team if there is a short of participants.

3) Duration of Contest :under 3 minutes ,in teams of 2 ,as standard

Awarding:
Gold, Silver and Bronze medals will be awarded at Photo zone
Winner : 1st (1 participant) , 2nd (1 participant), 3rd (2 participant)
Award : Medals and certificates

Scoring Criteria : Judges will observe Accuracy of Poomsae Technique, Presentation, Skills

Kyorugi / Sparring Contest:
1. Date : From 9 am, Sunday, October 4th , 2015
2. Place : Mumbai – D. S. Complex, Dharavi, Mumbai
3. Qualification of the participants: Registered contestants for the contest
4. Divisions: By age and Poom/Dan

Competition System:
1) Divisions:

Personal equipment to bring : Taekwondo Dobok, Mouthpiece, trunk protection, arm-leg prote protection, headgear, belt and etc (body guard and Head gear will be provided by Organizing Committee )

Awarding:
1) Gold, Silver and Bronze medals will be awarded at Photo zone
2) Winner : 1st (1 person) , 2nd (1 person), 3rd (2 person)
3) Award : Medals and certificates
