Vote 4 Silk Promo Terms & Conditions:

(i) These terms and conditions apply to the “Vote4Silk Promo” activation programme for the consumers   sponsored and launched by Mondelez India Foods Private Limited hereinafter referred to as “MIFPL”) and partnered by VivaConnect Private Limited in the execution  wherein consumers can participate by sending an SMS to 9222234400 OR logging on tovote4silk.com.

(ii) The Promo is valid across pan India from 16th June 2016 to 31st August 2016 (herein after referred to as “Promo Period”). MIFPL /Its Agency reserves right to amend/extend the promo period without giving any prior notice/intimation. No claims/questions shall be entertained in this regard.

(iii) During the Promo Period gift hampers containing Cadbury Silk Chocolates will be given through 77 days. Prizes will be awarded to winners who will be selected on a weekly basis of the Promo, and each shortlisted winner shall be eligible to win prizes. The winners will be shortlisted on a random, scientific basis. Under any circumstances, there cannot be any exchange done for the prize.

(iv) The Promo is subject to all applicable central, state and local laws and regulations in India
(v) Consumers participating or seeking to participate in the Promo shall individually be referred to as “Participant” and collectively as “Participants”.

Eligibility:
(i) This Promo will be open to all Indian citizens with the exception of employees, their immediate family members, agents, distributors, retailers, any other channel partners of MIFPL and the agency residing anywhere in India and the state of Tamil Nadu, India.
(ii) In order to be eligible for the weekly prizes, all shortlisted winners will be required to have valid address and identity proof.

(iii) MIFPL or its Agency will not be responsible for any DND (Do Not Disturb) NDND (National Do Not Disturb) Registry regulation that will come into play. All Participants who participate will agree as per the terms and conditions that even if they are registered under NDNC, DND, MIFPL or its Agency will have all the authority to call such shortlisted winners by virtue of them having voluntarily participated in the Promo.

Prizes:
(i) Weekly Prizes–Participants will be chosen every week of the Promo Period. Participants will be chosen through a computerized random selection by MIFPL and/or the Agency appointed by MIFPL.

(ii) Below are the prizes to be given for this particular promo :

How to Apply:

To participate in the Promo, on the basis of Eligibility (clause 4 above), consumers have two routes via SMS and via Online. Following are the instruction to complete the participation:

SMS route for participation:
(i) As a first step, Participants are required to send an SMS with the Unique Code ‘SILK’ followed by the “Unique Code” printed on the Cadbury Silk Chocolate pack and send to 9222234400 from any GSM or CDMA mobile phone. e.g. SMS SILK B9C03 to 9222234400
(ii) After sending the SMS, Participant will receive a SMS with respect to the Promo.

Online route for participation:
(i) Participants are required to log on to the Promo website vote4silk.com and follow the instructions on the website to complete participation.
(ii) If after completing participation online, the participant purchases their favorite Silk pack from retail outlets, they increase their chances of winning Prizes through a lucky draw.
(iii) There will be no charges for entries made online other than the charge to respective Internet Service Providers for the internet usage.
(iv) If the Participant logs on to the website after completion of the Promo Period, the Participant will be informed that the Promo Period is over and therefore no entries can be accepted.

Winner Selection:
(i) A draw through random selection will be conducted every week for selecting winners of each week as per below
(ii) Winner selection is subjected to MIFPL receiving entries in a week. In case the entries are less than the total weekly prizes to be given, the prizes would be declared in descending order of their value till the entries suffice.
(iii) Prizes will be given subject to the winner satisfying the verification process of MIFPL.
