Miss Call Karo Contest Terms & Conditions :

Offer Period : 1st July 2016 00:00:01 hrs. till 31st August 2016 23:59:59 hrs.

1. Eligibility to participate in the Offer:
** This Offer is open and valid for all active and existing pre-paid Subscribers of Idea.
** Subscriber must be 18 years of age or above.
** He/she must be a citizen of India.
** He/she must not have been either prosecuted or convicted for any criminal offence nor be of an unsound mind and has a firm contractual capacity.
** Subscriber must not be under any legal disability e.g. insolvency, restraint by Court Order etc.
** Subscriber must be an active prepaid subscriber or customer of Idea during the announcement or selection of winner.
** Subscribers must belong to the Circle mentioned hereinabove.
** The Contest is not open for employees and their relatives, distributors, franchisees, agents and suppliers of IDEA.

2. Procedure to participate in the Offer:
** Subscriber has to give a missed Call on 121666 (Toll Free) on daily basis to be eligible for gratification.
** All subscriber(s) who gave miss call on 121666 on daily basis during the contest period with effect from 1st July 2016 to 31st August 2016 will be eligible for daily gratification.

3. Winner Selection:
For daily gratification:
1. Daily first 10,10 subscribers who will give miss call on 121666 and the same subscribers will be eligible for the daily Gratification.
2. The winners will be credited their respective benefits within 72 hours.

An Internal evaluator will be appointed by the Idea Cellular Limited to select Daily winner as per selection criterion.

4. Gratification/Prizes:
Local i2i mins./National Min/ Talk-time /3G data/Local National SMS: Daily 1010 Winners

IDEA will not be responsible for any loss, damage, claimed/demanded by the subscribers due to any of the following reasons:-
** Subscriber is unable to dial on this short code i.e (121666) in this offer.
** Subscriber is unable to understand the terms and conditions of the Contest
** Subscriber is unable to understand the process of participation or is unable to participate in the Contest;
** Subscriber is declared as a winner and but the age of the subscriber is less than 18 years or is incompetent to enter into a contract;
** Any other reason, event, error or incidence not within the control of IDEA
** Call from roaming is not allowed

5. Any such dispute, arising out, if any, shall be subject to jurisdiction of Mohali Courts (Punjab) only.
