Make My Mustang:

The Campaign commences at midnight on4 July 2016and will close at midnight on 14July 2016 (hereinafter referred to as the “Campaign period”) on makemymustang.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Campaign website”). This Campaign is for the promotion of the vehicle Ford Mustang (hereinafter referred to as the “Mustang”).

All Participants of the Campaign Website (contest participants, may be collectively referred to as “Participant”). The announcement of this Campaign will be done through the Campaign Website, Ford websites, Ford social media platforms, email communication,online, radio, print, sms and television advertisements.

Section 1:

1.1. Any Indian citizen is entitled to register as a Participant on the Campaign Website. However the Participant must be above the age of 18 (eighteen) years, hold a valid driver’s license and possess a valid proof of address to qualify as a Participant.

The Participant must have the following in order to be eligible to participate in the Campaign:
a. Driver’s License valid throughout the Campaign Period if they are selected.

b. Proof of Address, at least 2 (two) of the following for their current as well as permanent residences:
I. Aadhaar Card
II. Driving License
III. Valid Passport
IV. Latest landline telephone bill
V. Latest electricity bill
VI. Election Commission photo identity card

1.2. The first step for a new Participant is to submit their entry on the Campaign Website.
a. Once the Participant has submitted their entry they will be required to provide the following mandatory information
i. Name
ii. Email address
iii. City of residence
iv. Mobile number

b. The Participant can register using their Facebook login credentials (Facebook is a trademark or registered trademark of Facebook, Inc.).
c. In the event that the Campaign website is unable to extract the mandatory information (Name, Email) using the Participant provided access credentials, then the Participant will be required to submit these additionally.
d. Participants who have registered using Facebook will be notified on Ford Facebook Page that their mobile number will be required for communication purposes in the event that they are shortlisted during the Campaign.

e. The participants must have the following in order to be eligible to be shortlisted as a Participant for of the Campaign:
i. Driver’s License valid throughout the Campaign Period

ii. Proof of Address : At least 2 (two) of the following for their current as well as permanent residences:
1. Aadhaar Card
2. Driving License
3. Valid Passport
4. Latest landline telephone bill
5. Latest electricity bill
6. Election Commission photo identity card
1.3. By Participating, the participant accepts the Terms and Conditions of the campaign.

1.4. Parameters for selection from submissions are as follows:
a. All mandatory fields must be completed;
b. The Participant’s name as provided during the registration process does not contain any abusive or offensive content or any name restricted by legislation;
c. The entry and description for nomination and/or the associated picture does not contain any abusive or offensive content or anything restricted by legislation.

1.5. The submission for entries for ‘Make My Mustang” ends at 11:59 PM on 14July 2016. No entries will be open for submission after 11:59 PM on 14 July 2016 on the Campaign Website.

1.6. Upto 10 (ten) entries will be shortlisted basis the following parameters
a. Quality of submitted content which would be judged basis the passion of the user;
b. All Participants must be contactable via Facebook;
c. All Participants must have proof of identity and address documents as specified in Clause 1.1 above.
d. All Participants must be available for all activities as detailed further.

1.7. The shortlisted top 10 (ten) Participants will be informed via email of the decision and whether they would get to Drive the Mustang at the Buddh International Circuit on 17 July 2016.
1.8. All Participants will be required to bring with them, the original documents (for verification purposes) and 2 (two) photocopies (for submission) of their proof of identity and address as specified in Clause 1.1.

1.9. The jury appointed by Ford will select the top 10 (ten) Participantion the basis of the following:
i. 80% weightage: Quality of the content – Language, familiarity of the Mustang and Passion.
ii. 20% weightage: Likes, Comments & Shares – Each like, comment and share will be marked as 1 point each.

1.10. The decision of the jury shall be final and binding and not subject to any dispute or challenge.
1.11. The Campaign Website will be updated with the list of the 10 (ten) selected Participants.
1.12. Shortlisted Participants will be informed of the decision via email.
1.13. Participants can post on their individual social channels tagging the social media handles of Ford.
