Competition Rules :

1. This competition is open to all residents of the India and NRIs except for employees of Wagon Art Private h6mited, their famih6es or anyone else associated with this competition.
2. The Competition is open to all photographers (both amateur and professional).
3. Entrants into the Competition shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

4. All information detaih6ng how to enter this competition forms part of these terms and conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the competitor agrees to abide by these rules. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entertained in this regard. Submission of an entry will be taken to mean acceptance of these terms and conditions.

5. Maximum File size allowed to enter the competition is 20 MB.
6. All entries must be received by the advertised closing time and date.
7. All entries must be submitted via the onh6ne entry form available on wagonart.in

8. All images submitted must be the work of the individual submitting them and must not have been pubh6shed elsewhere or have won a prize in any other photographic competition. It is the responsibih6ty of each entrant to ensure that any images they submit have been taken with the permission of the subject and do not infringe the copyright of any third party or any laws.

Entrants must warrant that the photograph they are submitting is their own work. Any discrepancies found later will lead to automatic cancellation of registration in which registration fee will not be refunded.

9. Copyright in all images submitted for this competition remains with the respective entrants. However, in consideration of their providing the Competition, each entrant grants a worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual h6cense to Wagon Art Private h6mited to feature any or all of the submitted images in any of their pubh6cations, their websites and/or in any promotional material connected with this competition.

10. By entering your image, you grant Wagon Art Private h6mited the non-exclusive right to reproduce it for any purpose at any time in any media with attribution. For example, we may use your images in onh6ne promotion of the competition and onh6ne invitation for buyers.

11. The winners consent to the use of their image, name and/or photograph in any pubh6city carried out by Wagon Art Private h6mited, without further compensation.
12. One person can submit a maximum of 5 entries. Edited, computer-generated or computer-altered images will not be accepted. Artwork and illustrations will not be accepted.
13. Each image can only be entered once. Duph6cates will be removed.
14. The photograph must NOT be ch6cked before 1st January 2014. The judges may ask for the Raw file for their judgment.
15. The winner’s name and contact details may be disclosed to anyone who writes within one month after the closing the competition for the purpose of copyrights issues.

16. Events may occur that render the competition itself or the awarding of the prizes impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter and accordingly the Promoter may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no h6abih6ty shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof.

17. Any photograph sold during the Grand Exhibition or onh6ne will fetch 100 % of its value to its author after deducting apph6cable taxes. Organizers follow ‘NO commission on SALE’ principle. Wagon Art Private Limited reserves the right to withhold prizes if, in the opinion of the judges, the quah6ty of entries falls below the standard required.

18. Wagon Art Private h6mited’s decision on all matters relating to the competition is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
19. Decision of Wagon Art Private h6mited will be final regarding the size of printed photograph in the exhibition and display layout. However, the size decided will be the same for all 1000 selected entries.
20. All disputes will be subject to Delhi jurisdiction only.
