All India Architectural Contest’

** Accommodation Times Institute of Real Estate Management is organising a contest ‘All India Architectural Contest’ for all Architecture students from all over India, where student has to design the floor plan of a residential unit and submit the design to the institute, on the basis of the design the winner will be selected.

** The design will be judged by the jury of renowned architects of India and the winner will be announced during Accommodation Times’ 1st Tall Building Congress 2016 – Leading High Rise and Skyscraper Conference followed by 2nd Innovative Construction Material Awards on 31st August, 2016, 6:30pm, Nehru Centre Auditorium, Worli, Mumbai.

** The august gathering will include eminent speakers like Architects/Engineers, Urban Planners & Town Planners, Government Bureaucrats, Technical Planners and Developers/Builders. The event would be enlightenment of the Latest Innovations and Industry Trends.

** The contest is been organised to encourage and motivate the young upcoming architects of India, who will be designing the future, modern and contemporary India. The platform will be a great exposure for the new and upcoming talents as they will be judged by the renowned architects of India and can be a part of the august gathering.

About Design:
The student need to design a floor plan of a residential affordable unit comprising an area of 40 sq. m., the unit can vary from a studio apartment to 1 BHK apartment or 2 BHK.

Winning Prize:
1st Prize: Rs. 25,000/- with Certificate
2nd Prize: Rs. 15,000/- with Certificate
3rd Prize: Rs. 10,000/- with Certificate

Please Noted:
** All the contestants are invited to attend the awards and witness the prize distribution ceremony for the contest.
** The contest starts from 10th July 2016 and last date for the submission of the floor plan will be 10th August 2016. Winners will be announced on 31st August, 2016 at the function only not before that.
** If the contestants wish to do any kind of communication with the organising team they can mail us on contest@accommodationtimes.com no telephonic conversation will carried out with the contestants.

Rules for the Contest:
** The entry for the contest will be accepted only in Digital format.
** The Floor plan should be on a A4 size sheet, it can be in any form sketch, 2D or 3D. Please mention your Name, College Name, Academic Year and Signature on the sheet.
** Student need to upload the jpeg file of the floor plan on our website size not more than 500 kb. (The file name should be contest’s name & Birth Date).For Example, Name – Ramesh Patel, DOB-11 Apr 1995 then file name will be rameshpatel110495.jpg
** The design should be approved by the college Principal with signature and college stamp on it.
** The contestant should assure that the design belongs to them and it is not copied from any other sources. If any kind of suspicious element is suspected the contestant will be disqualified.
