Star Trek Beyond Movie Contest

By participating in “Star Trek Beyond Movie Contest” on Movies Now (hereinafter referred to as the (‘Contest’), you agree to have read, understood and accepted the following terms

Terms & Conditions:
1. The Contest is open only to Indian Citizens residing in India and who are at least 18 years of age or older on the date of participating in the contest. At least one (1) person of the Participants must be over the age of 21.

2. Employees, directors, and/or officers (including immediate family members or members of the household) of ZENL/Viacom, its subsidiaries, affiliated companies, distributors, advertising, fulfillment and promotion agencies and all other companies or entities associated with the Contest are not eligible to participate.

3. The period of the Contest is open from July 20, 2016 till July 25, 2016 (both days inclusive) (‘Contest Period’).

4. Participants are required to give full details of their name, permanent address, income tax permanent account number (PAN), phone number, age and such other details as may be prescribed for the purpose of this Contest and it is to be understood that the Prize will be given to the Winner(s) only upon furnishing of the prescribed details and documents as required.

Any information found to be incomplete, false or misleading shall result in automatic disqualification of the Participant. The personal information provided by the Participant/s will be saved/ stored with ZENL/Viacom, for future use and reference. The Participants must have an active Facebook and Twitter profile.

5. About the Contest:
This Contest gives You an opportunity to answer a simple question pertaining to the movie “Star Trek Beyond” (“Movie”) and get a chance to win an all expense paid trip to Philippines.

6. How to participate:
a. ZENL shall display a number during the Contest promo that will be aired on the Channel during the Contest Period.
b. The Participant shall be required to give a missed call on the number displayed on the Channel.
c. Thereafter, the Participant will be asked a question related to the movie. The question shall carry two options. Each option shall have a phone number respectively.
d. The Participant shall be required to give a missed call on the number which they think is the correct answer. The missed call shall be followed by a sms.
e. ZENL shall at the end of the Contest Period, by random lucky draw, select one winner from amongst those Participants who answered the question correctly, who shall be declared the winner of the Contest (“Winner”).
f. The Winner of the Contest will be selected randomly by an automated system and there will be no human intervention / choices. All the entries will be stored in a backend system operated by ZENL and/or any person/agency appointed by ZENL.
g. Calls made after 23.59 hours on July 25, 2016, shall not be considered for the Contest.

7. The Winner as selected by ZENL will win a trip to Philippines to watch WWE live in Manila, which shall be provided by Viacom (“Prize”).

The Prize shall include:
a. Return Airfare from Major Metro,
b. Airport drop to/from hotel + pick up/drop from event.
c. Hotel on Twin share with Breakfast.
d. Event Tickets e. WWE merchandise

8. Prize does not include any personal expenses, incidentals or food and drink unless otherwise stated.
9. All the expenses that are not specifically included are deemed excluded and ZENL/Viacom shall not be liable for the same.

10. It is mandatory that the Winner and his/her companion has;
(i) a valid passport,
(ii) passport having a minimum 6 (six) months validity,
(iii) should not be barred by law and
(iv) should not have contracted any serious illness. The Winner is solely responsible for paying all applicable mandatory taxes including gift tax, air passenger duty and passenger service charges at the time of booking of tickets.
