Offer Period – 14th July 2016 00:00:01 hrs. till 31st August 2016 23:59:59 hrs.

Eligibility to participate in the Offer:
** This Offer is open and valid for all active and existing pre-paid Subscribers of Idea, Odisha Circle.
** Subscriber must be 18 years of age or above.
** He/she must be a citizen of India.
** He/she must not have been either prosecuted or convicted for any criminal offence nor be of an unsound mind and has a firm contractual capacity.
** Subscriber must not be under any legal disability e.g. insolvency, restraint by Court Order etc.
** Subscriber must be an active prepaid subscriber or customer of Idea during the announcement or selection of winner.
** Subscribers must belong to the Circle mentioned hereinabove.
** The Contest is not open for employees and their relatives, distributors, franchisees, agents and suppliers of IDEA (Retailers are allowed)

Procedure to participate in the Offer:
** Subscriber has to give a missed Call on 121007 (Toll Free) on daily basis
** All subscriber(s) who gave miss call on 121007 on daily basis during the contest period with effect from 14th July 2016 to 31st August 2016 will be eligible for selection process

Winner Selection:

For daily gratification: –
** Local mins./ (4G/2G) data/Local I2I mins : Idea Subscribers who will give miss call on 121007 and the same subscribers will be eligible for the daily gratification selection process
** 2000 numbers will be randomly selected from the list of subscriber given missed call on 121007
** Random selection on a given day will be done basis the miss call data of yesterday (i.e D-1)
** First 1000 numbers will be eligible for 30 Local mins with 10 days validity, next 500 numbers will be eligible for 30 I2I mins with 10 days validity & next 500 Subscriber will be eligible for 100MB data for 5 days

Local i2i mins./ (4G/2G) data:
** Idea Retailers who will give miss call on 121007 and the same subscribers will be eligible for the daily gratification selection process
** 100 numbers will be randomly selected from the list of subscriber given missed call
** Random selection will be done basis the miss call data of yesterday (i.e D-1)
** First 100 numbers will be eligible for 50 Local mins with 30 days validity
** The winners will be credited their respective benefits within 48 hours.
** Communication will be sent to winners through SMS
** Upon non usage of the benefit within the validity period the benefit will be lapsed

Weekly gratification:
Local i2i mins./ /(4G/2G) data/Free TT:
** Idea Subscribers who will give miss call on 121007 for more than 5days a week and the same subscribers will be eligible for the Weekly Gratification selection process.
** 1600 numbers will be randomly selected from the list of subscriber given missed call on 121007
** Random selection on a given day will be done basis the miss call data of yesterday (i.e D-1)
** First 100 numbers will be eligible for 500 TalkTime 30 days validity, next 500 numbers will be eligible for 100 TalkTime with 15 days validity, next 500 Subscriber will be eligible for 500MB data for 15 days & next 500 Subscriber will be eligible for 100 Local I2I Mins for 15 days

Bumper gratification:
** Local i2i mins./ (4G/2G) data/Free TT: Idea Subscribers who will give miss call on 121007 for more than 30 days in a month and the same subscribers will be eligible for the monthly Gratification selection process.
** Local i2i mins./ /(4G/2G) data/Free TT: Idea Subscribers who will give miss call on 121007 for more than 5days a week and the same subscribers will be eligible for the Weekly Gratification selection process.
** 302 numbers will be randomly selected from the list of subscriber given missed call on 121007
** First 2 numbers will be eligible for Hero Honda Bike, next 100 numbers will be eligible for 1000 TalkTime with 30 days validity, next 100 Subscriber will be eligible for 1GB data for 30 days & next 100 Subscriber will be eligible for unlimited Local I2I Mins for 30 days

Gratification/Prizes:
** Selection will be on Lucky draw basis for Idea Subscribers who will give miss call daily on 121007.
** An Internal evaluator will be appointed by the Idea Cellular Limited to select prize winner as per selection criterion.

IDEA will not be responsible for any loss, damage, claimed/demanded by the subscribers due to any of the following reasons:-
** Subscriber is unable to dial on this short code i.e (121007) in this offer.
** Subscriber is unable to understand the terms and conditions of the Contest
** Subscriber is unable to understand the process of participation or is unable to participate in the Contest;
** Subscriber is declared as a winner and but the age of the subscriber is less than 18 years or is incompetent to enter into a contract;
** Any other reason, event, error or incidence not within the control of IDEA
** Call from roaming is not allowed

Any such dispute, arising out, if any, shall be subject to jurisdiction of Bhubaneswar Court only.
