GAMES CLUB Jeeto Free Talktime:

This Contest is purely on a “best effort” basis and participation is voluntary for the eligible Subscribers of GAMES CLUB service (the “Service”). OPERA in association with Idea Cellular Ltd, reserves the right to participation in this Contest.

Term / Offer or Contest Period :
This Contest is open for a limited period only from 1st th August at 00:00 hrs to 30th September 2016 at 23:59:59 hrs [OL2] (“Contest Period”).

Eligibility Criteria:
** The Contest is open for active pre-paid category of cellular subscribers of Idea Cellular Ltd, in telecom circle of Madhya Pradesh & Chhattisgarh (“MP & CG”) only (the “Subscribers”).

** For the sake of clarity, a “Subscriber /Participant” for the purpose of this Contest shall mean and include an individual/person, who is the rightful owner/user of the pre-paid mobile connection of Idea Cellular Ltd, registered in MP & CG telecom circle and in whose name the mobile connection is active and registered as per the records maintained by Idea Cellular Ltd

** In case a Participant is an employee of a company and the mobile connection used by him is registered in the name of an employing company, the employee /user can participate in the Contest provided that the employing company issues a letter to this effect certifying that the particular employee/user has been allotted the specific mobile connection, and intended to be used by the employee for participating in the Contest

** The employees of Idea Cellular Ltd & OPERA and their group companies affiliate or associate companies; are not eligible to participate in this Contest.
** This Contest is not available to the Subscribers roaming in other telecom circles of Idea Cellular Ltd and also not available to Idea Cellular Ltd roaming subscribers (of other telecom circles), roaming in the above said telecom circle, wherein Contest has been made.
** All prepaid Subscriber shall be eligible to participate in this Contest.

In order to be eligible for this Contest, a Subscriber/Participant must fulfill the following criteria:
** He/She should be above 18 years of age.
** He/she must be citizen of India.
** He/She must not have any criminal record nor should be of an unsound mind.
** He/She must not be restrained by any law of the land (e.g. – any court order(s) etc.).
** He must be either an active existing or new subscriber of Service during the Contest Period.

Participation:
** This Contest is purely on a “best effort” and is meant for voluntary participation by the existing and new subscribers of Idea Cellular Ltd MP & CG Circle.
** This Contest is open for IDEA Prepaid customers who shall subscribe to GAMES CLUB service. The Contest can be attempted as many times as the person wants to during the said period.
** To participate in this Contest, a Subscriber/Participant shall have to follow the following-
** Customer needs to subscribe to GAMES CLUB service @ Rs.21/week and download
** Application or WAP Portal via any available mode and have to stream/download more & more apps and games, shall become eligible for participating in this Contest and have the chances to become winner of the Gratifications (as mentioned in clause 4).

Applicable Charges:

For GAMES CLUB Non-Subscribers:
GAMES CLUB Service charges are Rs21/7 days. Data charges are as applicable.

Selection of Top Performer(s)/Highest Scorer(s):
(i)Daily Prize:
1st Participant of the day who has subscribed to GAMES CLUB service by paying full amount of Rs.21/week shall be selected as winner for that particular day

(ii)Bumper Prize:
Participant who has subscribed to GAMES CLUB service by paying full amount of Rs.21/week and downloaded the most amount of apps and games shall be selected as winner for the month.

(iii)Once user is declared for daily prize, he/she cannot be eligible for another daily prize.

(iv)In case of tie between the two or more Participants i.e. if two or more Participants have equal amount of downloaded games, then the Participant who downloaded that apps earlier, shall be selected by Idea Cellular Ltd / OPERA for Gratification as per below.

It is also specifically agreed by the Participants / Subscribers that the decision of OPERA and/or Idea Cellular Ltd with regards to the Contest including the process for selection of the Winners shall be final and binding upon them and agree not to dispute, or seek any clarification for the same from either OPERA or Idea Cellular Ltd or both.
