Roaming Recharge Packs:
“Roaming Recharge Packs” are the roaming products RC5, RC6, RC16, RC26, RC71, RC306, the detailed product description is available on https://www.myvi.in/. These roaming recharge packs may vary from time to time during the process of contest. The participants are advised to visit the above mentioned list before opting for a recharge.
Roaming outgoing minutes:
“Roaming outgoing minutes” means and implies the duration of calls made by the customers in the visited circle, outstation and internationally.
Outgoing SMS Charges:
“Outgoing SMS charges” means the revenue generated from the number of SMS sent by customers in the visited circle outstation and internationally.
Eligibility & Procedure to participate in the Offer:
** This Offer is open and valid for all active and existing pre-paid Subscribers of Idea Cellular Limited in Gujarat Circle only. Customers who are on Ultimate / Unlimited Pack are not eligible for this offer.
** Subscriber must be mandatorily 18 years of age or above.
** He/she must be compulsorily a citizen of India.
** He/she must not have been either prosecuted or convicted at any times for any criminal or any other offence/s punishable under law & or have been convicted for the same, nor be of an unsound mind and has a firm personal contractual capacity.
** Subscriber must not be under any legal disability e.g. insolvency, restraint by Court Order etc.
** Subscriber must inadvertently be an active prepaid subscriber or customer of Idea Cellular Limited during the announcement or selection of winner.
** Subscribers must necessarily only belong to Gujarat Circle as mentioned hereinabove.
** The Contest is not open for any Idea Cellular Limited employees and or their relatives, distributors, retailers, franchisees, agents and suppliers of Idea Cellular Limited.
