This offer “Musical Dhamaka” (hereinafter referred to as “Offer” for the sake of brevity) is sponsored, organized & conducted by HUNGAMA DIGITAL MEDIA ENTERTAINMENT PVT. LTD. in association with IDEA CELLULAR LIMITED

Eligibility Criteria For Participating In The Offer :
** The “Musical Dhamaka” is a limited period offer.
** The Offer is open for participation of the active Prepaid/ Postpaid Subscriber(s) of IDEA in the Telecom Service area of Andhra Pradesh (presently known as State of Telangana & State of Andhra Pradesh).
** An active Subscriber shall mean the Subscriber who uses the Subscriber Identity Module (“SIM”) on a regular basis for purposes other than to participate in this Challenge or any other challenges offered by the Organizers jointly.
** This Offer is open for participation only for the active Prepaid/ Postpaid Subscribers of IDEA Cellular Limited in the Andhra Pradesh Telecom Service Area (presently known as State of Telangana & State of Andhra Pradesh).
** The Offer is not applicable to the Roaming Prepaid/ Postpaid Subscriber(s) (Prepaid/ Postpaid Subscriber(s) who are visiting Andhra Pradesh Telecom Circle/ Service Area from other Telecom Circles and who do not belong to Andhra Pradesh Telecom Service Area

This Offer is valid only for active Prepaid/ Postpaid Subscriber(s) who fulfils the following criteria:
** The participant must be above 18 years of age.
** The participant must be a citizen of India
** The participant must not have been either prosecuted or convicted for commission of any criminal offence or of an unsound mind;
** The participant must not be suffering from any legal disability e.g. insolvency, restraint by Court Order etc.
** The participant should not have won any Gratification or been selected or declared as winner, in any of the challenges organized by Organisers, at any time prior to commencement of this Offer;

Participation Process:
1. The Prepaid/ Postpaid Subscriber/s participate into offer only when they dial the number 54455 or any other number as per the SMS/ FLASH SMS received by the participant. The Prepaid/ Postpaid Subscriber shall be levied with the appropriate charges as per the subscription charges prescribed in the SMS/ FLASH SMS.

2. The participant will be informed about the participation charges for the Offer and Terms and Conditions URL, when he/ she calls the number 54455 to participate in the Offer. The participant will be informed about the charges of the short codes via subscription prompt after welcome prompt as the call matures on short codes.

3. The participant (Prepaid) caller shall be charged at the rate of pay per use basis towards subscription charges as under:
Rs.90/- for 30 days or Rs.45/- for 15 days will be levied towards subscription charges. In the event, the participant does not have sufficient balance, in such event, the participant may be levied with Rs.36 for 12 Days, Rs.30 for 10 Days, Rs.21 for 7 days, Rs.18 for 6 Days, Rs.12 for 4 days, Rs.9 for 3days, Rs.6 for 2 days, Rs.3 for 1 day.

4. The participant (Postpaid) caller shall be charged at the rate of Rs.90/- for 30 days towards subscription charges.
5. The Offer will be in conducted Telugu language through a Voice Interactive System.

6. Once the participant caller dials the number 54455 for the first time, the following things will be broadcasted for his/ her benefit:
1. A welcome message will be broadcasted,
2. Introduction (terms and conditions) to the offer will be broadcasted,

7. The Prepaid/ Postpaid Subscriber shall become a participant caller provided, he/ she has elected option of playing the contest.
