Please read these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) before entering the Contest.
You agree that, by participating in this Contest, you will be bound by these T&Cs and you acknowledge that you satisfy all Contest eligibility requirements as provided herein below.

These T&Cs are in addition to the Amazon.in Conditions of Use and the Privacy Notice to which you agree by using the Amazon.in website or mobile application or mobile site thereof (collectively hereinafter referred to as “Amazon.in”). To the extent the Amazon.in Conditions of Use are inconsistent with these T&Cs, these T&Cs will prevail with respect to the Contest only.

For the purposes of these T&Cs, wherever the context so requires “You” or “Your” shall mean any natural person who is a participant in the Contest.

ELIGIBILITY :
You need to fulfil the following eligibility criteria to enter the Contest:
(i) You should be an individual legal resident of the Republic of India;
(ii) You should have set India as your current country in your account settings on Amazon.in;
(iii) Your delivery address should be within the territorial limits of the following cities: Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Nagpur, Pune, and Hyderabad; and
(iv) You should be of an age 18 years or above at the time of entry into the Contest.

If your delivery address is not within the territorial jurisdiction of the above cities, you will not be eligible to enter the Contest.

Our employees, their immediate family members (spouses, domestic partners, parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren), and our affiliates, advisors, advertising/Contest agencies are not eligible to enter the Contest.

DETAILS OF THE CONTEST AND HOW TO ENTER:
** This Contest will be held from 12:00 am on August 12, 2016 to 11:59 pm on August 16, 2016 (both inclusive) (“Contest Period”).

** In order to be eligible for the Contest, you must purchase, in one order, two Cadbury Dairy Milk Marvellous Creations chocolates (“Products”) during the Contest Period, provided that your order for such Products should not have been cancelled by either you or the seller.

** Within 30 days after the Contest Period and amongst the customers who have purchased the Products in accordance with Section 2 above, 10 customers will be shortlisted for each day of the Contest Period by random draw of lots (“Shortlisted Participant(s)”).

** Each Shortlisted Participant will be eligible to answer the Contest question which such participant will receive through an email / phone call. Each Shortlisted Participant who answers the Contest question correctly within the stipulated time (“Successful Participant(s)”) will be eligible to receive the following prize funded by the Brand (“Prize”):

** Amazon.in gift cards worth INR 1,000 each issued by QwikCilver Solutions Private Limited.
** Each Successful Participant will be eligible to receive only one Prize under this Contest.

By entering the Contest, you consent to being placed on a mailing list for promotional and other materials for Amazon. You may update or change your email preferences at the email preferences page.

OTHER CONTESTS:
Please note that we may be running similar contests or promotions at the same time as this Contest. By entering this Contest, you will not be eligible to receive any benefit and/ or prize awarded in any other promotion/ contest unless you enter each promotion/ contest separately.

PRIZES:
There are a total of 10 Prize(s) that will be given each day of the Contest Period, i.e. a total of 50 Prizes during the Contest Period. The Prizes will be given latest by September 16, 2016.

You agree and acknowledge that Amazon or any of its affiliates does not have any role in the providing the Prize(s) and that you shall not have any claim against Amazon with respect to the same or with respect to any loss or damage whatsoever that you may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with this Contest and/ or the Prize awarded hereunder or any information thereof.

Amazon will not mediate or resolve any dispute or disagreement between the customers and the Brand. You acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions applicable to the Prize and the use thereof.

ODDS OF WINNING:
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Eligible entries are ones that satisfy the eligibility criteria outlined above and follow the steps outlined in the “Details of the Contest and the How to Enter” section above.
