Bharat Varsh Contest Terms & Conditions:

1. This Contest organized and managed by ABP News Private Limited starts from 20th August 2016,and will be held every Saturday between 20th August – 22nd October 2016. Any extension of the contest is ANN’s discretion.

2. This shall be a Contest on the Twitter – online social networking service platform.

3. The Management of ABP News Network (‘ANN’) reserve the right to cancel / postpone /stop this Contest at its discretion or change all or any part of terms and conditions that are applicable, without giving prior intimation of any kind and without being liable for any consequential losses/damages.

4. The Contest shall run strictly in accordance with the stipulated timeframe as stated by channel. Any entry after the closure of the contest’s stipulated dates and timings shall not be entertained and summarily rejected.

5. Eligibility:
The contest is open to Indian Citizens residing within the geographical territory of India only. The following categories of persons are not eligible to enter the Contest: employees of (including their immediate families) of Organizer and its respective divisions, affiliates, authorized dealers/distributors, agents; suppliers of the Prize(s); and any other company professionally connected with this Contest.

6. Contestant hereby agrees and undertakes not to hold ABP News Network Pvt. Ltd. and/or or any of its group entities or affiliates, their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, vendors, responsible for or liable for, any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, charges and expenses, either direct or remote that you may/might have suffered, sustained or incurred, or claims to suffer, sustain or incur, by way of and /or on account of the present Contest

7. Contest:
On the respective Saturday, a question will be asked / displayed during Bharatvarsh contest promo on the ABP News channel and details of Twitter handle will also be provided. One question will be asked every Saturday and out of all the correct answers, only 5 winners will be selected every Saturday. The winners twitter handles will be announced on the same Saturday during telecast of Bharatvarsh episode.

8. Prize:
Every eligible winner will receive a smartphone at the address provided in the id card (as mentioned in clause 10).

9. Winner Selection:
** Winners will be identified and intimated in the first instance via their twitter handles used in the contest. ABP News Network will contact the selected winners through their twitter handles with a direct message seeking the required details as below mentioned.
** The required details must be sent to the direct twitter handle within seven (7) days failing which the contestant shall be rendered ineligible and there shall be a roll-over of the prize (see clause 12) to the next eligible winner.
** ABP News Network’ representatives or appointed judges will select the winner(s) from amongst all eligible correctly-answered entries (each referred to as a “Winner”) by random selection. ABP News Network’s decision will be final.
** Mere participation in the contest does not entitle any entrant to win a prize.

10. A selected winner shall have to submit images of the following documents:
a. Valid government approved ID Proof with current address (aadhar card, voter ID, passport copy)
