What If I had a Jeep Contest:

1. The “What if I had a Jeep” Activity (“Contest”) will be governed by the Terms and Conditions contained herein below (“T&C”). Each Participant agrees that he/she has read and understood the T&C by participating in the Contest and each Participant agrees to be bound by the T&C.

2. This Contest is valid only on 25th and 26th August, 2016 starting at 11:00 am till 4.00 PM of each day.
3. The Organizer of the Contest is FCA India Automobiles Private Limited (“FCA”).
4. This Contest is open to all Indian nationals who are at least 18 years of age and above.
5. The Participant may enter the Contest by logging on to www.twitter.com/jeepindia and participating in the contest being conducted on the handle or visit wwwfacebook.com.JeepIndia.

6. The participants of this contest are required to do the following:
a. Participant has to follow/like @JeepIndia on Twitter or Facebook
b. Participant needs to answer the question and also ‘Retweet’ or “share’the same.
c. Participant needs to use #TheresOnlyOne and @JeepIndia in every tweet.
d. One winner will get a pass to be a part of the launch event in Umaid Bhawan, Jodhpur on 29th and 30th August, 2016. There will be 10 consolation prizes, given to 5 winning participants from twitter and 5 winning participants from facebook.

7. The Winner of the Contest will be selected basis the lucky pick amongst the participants. The decision taken by FCA will be final and binding.
8. Jeep India will notify the Winning participants by making an announcement tagging the Winneing participant’s, Twitter handle on the @JeepIndia Twitter page. Winning participants on facebook will be announced on the Jeep brand’s facebook page.
9. Incomplete, indecipherable, illegible or incorrect entries or any entry which violates the T&C will automatically be disqualified. Entries received after the Closing Date/Time will be disqualified.

10. All personal details submitted must be accurate and complete and are subject to proof upon request by FCA. FCA reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and the Participants and to disqualify any entry not submitted in accordance with the T&C or which tampers the entry process.

11. Each Participant can have multiple entries, i.e. have multiple answers to the questions.
12. FCA shall not be liable for any cost incurred by the Participant for participating in the Contest.

13. The winner’s travel expenses to and from the event will be covered by FCA. The details of the location will be communicated with the winner once the winner has been selected. Participants who have won Jeep brand merchandises will receive their prizes via courier.

14. The winner will be required to cover the event via his personal social handles (Facebook, Twitter & Instagram). The content for the same will be vetted by Jeep India’s digital partners who would be present at the event.
15. FCA will not accept any responsibility for entries lost, delayed or misdirected. FCA shall not be responsible for technical errors in telecommunication networks, Internet access or otherwise preventing entry to the Contest.
