Go For Gold Offer :

The Catholic Syrian Bank Limited (“Bank”) is offering the “Go for Gold” (“Offer”) to its customers who are Indian Nationals and who have attained the age of majority (‘Participants’).

There will be two contests :
Contest 1 – between August 1 and August 31 and
Contest 2 – between September 1 and September 30, 2016.

How to win :
First, the participant has to qualify. Here’s how a customer can qualify for the contest
1. Use the CSB VISA Debit Card to pay for shopping or online purchases for at least 2 transactions of Rs 250 or more within each contest period. (ATM Withdrawals are not considered for the contest.)

2. All those who qualify will receive a communication to their registered email ID/Mobile number and they will be required to submit a slogan. The slogan will be collected on a specified web page/or on call (Bank may initiate a call to the customer) within the Last Date specified by the Bank. The slogan should be submitted within the Last Date for each monthly contest.

3. The best 3 slogans for each month’s contest will win a Gold Coin. The 150 next best slogans will win a special edition travel wallet.

Note:
The winners names will be announced after each monthly contest. The prizes will be sent to the winners before October 20, 2016.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Bank reserves the right at any time, without prior notice to add, alter, modify, change or vary all or any of these terms and conditions or to replace wholly or in part, the above Offer by another Offer, whether similar to above offer or not, or to withdraw it altogether.
2. Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by Bank to conduct further, similar or other offers.

3. All disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of the Offer or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Thrissur only, irrespective of whether courts / tribunals in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction.
4. Bank is not responsible for, or liable for, any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, charges and expenses which a Participant may suffer sustain or incur by participating in the Offer.

5. Bank does not assume any responsibility, whatsoever, for the products offered under the Offer. The products are sold or provided solely by the merchant under such terms and conditions as determined by such merchant and Bank accepts no liability, whatsoever, in connection with the products and services
6. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any alternative offer or promotion offered by the Bank. The Bank reserves the right to substitute this Offer with any offer, at its own discretion.

7. Bank further reserves the right to withdraw this Offer without notice anytime including in the event of force majeure circumstances i.e. act of God, war, earthquake, flood, fire, catastrophe, strikes or any event beyond its reasonable control.
8. Customers are requested to be accustomed, satisfy and agree to with these terms and conditions of the Offer before participating in or making any purchase in relation to this promotion. Participation in the Offer is discretion of the card holder.
