Global Olympiad of Mathematics:

Global Olympiad of Mathematics (GOM )is a concept based mathematics examination where students get a platform to judge their understanding which includes questions based on Mental ability, Logical thinking, Data Interpretation, Analytical Thinking and Critical Reasoning.

The syllabus is based on CBSE, ICSE and various State Boards It is well known that mathematics competitions generate a lot of enthusiasm and curiosity for the subject. This aspect of mathematics competitions is becoming more and more important.

The school subject called ‘‘Mathematics’’ has recently moved more and more to what could be called mechanical calculations or numeracy. It is therefore very important that we continue to emphasize that Mathematics is about thinking and the discovery, and validation, of problem solving methods. GOM is an attempt in this direction.

Structure of the Olympiad:
Level 1 :All the students of classes 1st to 12 are eligible to take part in Level 1.
Level 2 :Those students who have scored 60% in level 1 are eligible for level 2.

Fee Structure:
For Schools in India:
Participation Fee: Rs 100 per student.
Preparatory Booklet: Rs. 80 per book.

For Schools in abroad:
Participation Fee: USD 6 per student.
Preparatory Booklet: Rs. USD 4 per book.
