Terms & Conditions:
Lifezen Healthcare iPhone Contest hereafter called “Contest” will be governed by the following Terms & Conditions
1. Participation in the contest is voluntary.
2. Participants are advised to read the “Terms and Conditions”. Participation in the contest shall imply that the participant has duly read and agrees to adhere to and bound by the “Terms and Conditions” stated herein.
3. The contest shall commence from 10th September 2015 noon and shall terminate on 30th November 2016 at midnight.
4. The contest is open to citizens of India, residents in India only. Employees of Lifezen Healthcare Pvt Ltd. (“Lifezen”)

“How to Participate”, “Winners” & “Prizes”:
5. Contest will be hosted on the Lifezen website hosted at https://www.lifezen.in/
6. A participant has to be a Facebook and YouTube user.

7. Participants can login to the contest by giving a missed call to the aforementioned toll free numbers – 180030004102, 180030003101, 18003004025. On giving a missed call the participant will receive an SMS for taking up the Lifezen Eye Strain test. After taking the test, participants will be directed to a page for uploading their name, phone number and valid email id, which will be used for the draw to be the winner.

8. If the SMS is not delivered due to NDNC registered numbers or any other technical failure, Lifezen will not be liable to any participant.
9. In order to qualify for the contest, the participant must share his/her Lifezen Eye Strain test results on Facebook and Twitter.
10. Any participants can sign up for the contest only once. Any dual entries with dubious names, email ids, phone numbers etc will be disqualified.
11. Lifezen reserves the sole rights to shortlist one winner based on a random draw from all registered and qualified participants.

12. Lifezen shall not be liable for any damage or loss (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) arising from personal injury or death, or loss of, or damage to property, which might be suffered or sustained in connection with the Offer or the prize, except to the extent to any liability not excluded by law.

13. As applicable, in no event shall Lifezen, its parent corporation, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, or agents, be liable to you for damages resulting from any
(i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content,
(ii) personal injury or property damage
(iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers
(iv) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the servers,
(v) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or similar issues if transmitted to or through the website by any third party, and/or
(vi) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred. This limitation of liability applies to the fullest extent permitted by law in the applicable jurisdiction.

14. As applicable, you agree to defend and indemnify Lifezen, its parent corporation, affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising from:
(i) your use of and access to Lifezen for your contest under these policies;
(ii) your violation of any term of the contest policies;
(iii) any violation within your contest of any third party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; (iv) any claim from any third party relating to or arising from your contest; or
(v) any claim that your contest violates any law, rule or regulation. This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these policies and your use of YouTube.
