Written Quiz Competition Terms & Conditions:

1. Any student of 9th to 11th std. can participate in Gujaration English language in the competition. The competition will be of 50 marks. To take partin the competition, the students have to enroll their names by 13thSept. 2016 in their respective schools.

2.Entry fee is Rs. 20/-(Rupees Twenty) only.
3. The schools are requested to send the list of participants separately for English and Gujarati medium along with entry fees by D.D. or A/C payee cheque of any Nationalised Bank in the name of ‘Ramakrishna Mission Vivekananda Memorial, Vadodara’by 23thSept. 2016.
4. All the Schools are requested to give their e-mail addresses or Fax number, if that is not available the e-mail ID of the principal, a teacher or nearby school can be provided. Schools are requested to provide separate list of Gujarati and English medium participants
5. All the participants will be given a book, ‘Ashortlife of Swami Vivekananda’asa.gift based on which the competition will be conducted.
6. The Books will be sent to schools by 20th Oct. 2016, otherwise school has to contact this office immedietly on Phone NO. 23511.75/76 or Mobile No. 704359.5088.
7. All the participants should be given the books before 25thOct. 2016 by their Schools
8. The School-level competition will be held on 29th Nov. 2016 by all the participating schools (Time: 11 am to 12 noon) at their own premises.
9. The question papers of the school level competition will be sent to all the schools well in time by Ramakrishna Mission Vadodarabefore the day of the competition. The covershould be open on the day of competition. The competition will be held by OMR system.
10. The principals of the schools are requested to get these papers evaluated after the competition is over. The answer- Key will be provided along with the question paperby Ramakrishna Mission, Vadodarainaseparate closed envelope.

1. Last date of Entry by the students in the school Tuesday, 13th Sept. 2016
2. Last date of sending entry forms along with DD or Nationalised Bank’s A/C payee Cheque to the Ramakrishna Mission, Vadodara. Friday, 23rd Sept. 2016
3. Last date of providing books to the schools Thursday, 20th Oct. 2016
4. Last date of providing books to the participants by the respective schools Tuesday, 25th Oct. 2016
5. Date of School level competition (Time: 11 am to 12 noon) Tuesday 29th Nov. 2016
6. Last date of submission of results to Ramakrishna Mission, Vadodara Thursday, 08th Dec. 2016
7. Date of District level competition (Time: 11 am to 12 noon) Tuesday, 20th Dec. 2016
8. Date of result of District level competition Wednesday, 04thJan 2017
9. Date of State level prize distribution ceremony Sunday, 5th Feb. 2017
