Play The Host (hereinafter referred to as ‘Contest’) is brought to you by Oxigen Online Services (India) Private Limited (OOSIPL/ Organiser). The Contest is subject to the following Terms and Conditions of use. By participating in this Contest, each Participant is deemed to have read, understood, agreed and accepted these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to abide by the Terms & Conditions, please do not participate, contest, review, access or apply for the same.

General Rules & Procedures Of The Contest :
** Unless otherwise cancelled, modified, altered or terminated exclusively by OOSIPL the Contest shall be open from 11.00 AM IST of 10th September, 2016 till 11.00 PM IST of 9th October, 2016.
** The contest will take place under the supervision OOSIPL.
** By participating, contesting, reviewing or otherwise accessing the Contest, Oxigen Wallet Users (Hereinafter ‘You’) agree to be bound by these terms & conditions and waive any right to claim ambiguity in these terms & conditions. You agree to release, discharge and hold harmless OOSIPL, and its directors, officers, employees and agents, from and against any loss, claims, damages or liability resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance and/or participation in the Contest without objection or demu
** Notwithstanding anything contained herein, nothing shall be construed to be in derogation to the Terms of Uses by whatever name called of OOSIPL’s other websites etc.

Eligibility:
** Contest is open to residents of India (except Tamil Nadu, due to Tamil Nadu State Laws) who are 10 years of age or older having a valid Oxigen Wallet Account, except employees and family members of the Organizer, its associated companies, its JV Partners, its advertising and promotional agencies and its auditors.
** Participation by people below 18 years of age shall be allowed subject to their parents’ or guardians’ consent and subject to the parents’ or guardians’ providing the necessary documentation on behalf of the minor. In such a case, the parent(s) or legal guardian of the minor may redeem the prize at their own cost by submitting/ executing the documents as required.
** The Registration for the Contest is open for Oxigen Wallet users only

Participation Rules:

Given below are the steps for participation for

Step 1 :
a) Oxigen Wallet Already Registered Users:

** Register for Contest by submitting mobile number
** SMS confirming the successful registration is received

b) New Users Not Registered With Oxigen Wallet:
** Download Oxigen Wallet mobile app & register with the app
** Visit www.playthehost.com
** Register for Contest by submitting mobile number
** SMS confirming the successful registration is received

Please note:
The above participation steps are mandatory for Play The Host related Social Media contests as well.
** Only one entry will be allowed per person/ per phone number/ per wallet during the contest.
** 20 Lucky customers will win the chance to meet & greet with NZ team players out of which 10 would be for Chandigarh event and remaining 10 for Vizag event.
** Out of the above 20 winners, 4 winners would be selected via Social Media contests related with Play The Host Load Money
** OOSIPL reserves the right to amend the criteria used to judge entries, at any given point during the contest duration.
** OOSIPL urges the use of personal and valid numbers of the participants for providing to the Organizer for easy tracking and corresponding.
** OOSIPL shall not be liable for any hacking or unauthorized use of the Oxigen Wallet Users Account and it shall be the sole responsibility of the Oxigen Wallet User to ensure privacy and confidentiality of his Wallet Account while transacting through the same
** OOSIPL and its agencies will not be liable for any loss of data due to server issues and other technical faults that may come up in the real time monitoring of the registrations done by participants during the Contest Period. The redemption of the prize shall be governed by the terms and conditions.
** OOSIPL reserves the right to reject any entry/ without assigning any reason thereof. Any decision taken by OOSIPL for rejecting any entry shall be final and binding and not subject to any dispute or challenge.
** By participating in the promotion the participant waives the conditions of the DND directory.
