Design A Poster For MAA Programme :
“MAA-Mother’s Absolute Affection’’ is a nationwide programme launched in an attempt to bring undiluted focus on promotion of breastfeeding and provision of counselling services for supporting breastfeeding through health systems.

The chief components of the MAA Programme are Community awareness generation, Strengthening inter personal communication through ASHA, Skilled support for breastfeeding at Delivery points in Public health facilities, and Monitoring and Award/recognition.
The Competition:
We want your participation in this programme and you can do by designing a POSTER.
The details are as following:
Topic:
Main Theme: Importance and Promotion of Breast feeding
Sub-Themes:
You have to prepare either or all of the above about healthy Breast feeding practices.
You can choose any one, more than one or all of the themes from the following themes:
** Initiation of Breast feeding within 1 hour of birth
** Exclusive breast feeding for 6 months
** Timely initiation of appropriate complementary feeding at 6 months along with continued breast feeding for 2 years
** Breast milk, the first vaccine for the new born
** Support from community towards breast feeding
Language: Hindi and/or English
Size of Poster: A4 size in digital format
Timeline: 1 month from the launch of campaign on MyGov.
Prize:
One FIRST Prize – Rs.25000/-
Two SECOND Prizes – Rs.15000/-
Terms & Conditions:
** The Competition is open to all Indian citizens only.
** All entries must be submitted to the creative corner section of www.mygov.in. Entries submitted through any other medium/ mode would not be considered for evaluation.
** The winning entries would be the intellectual property of the MoHFW and the winner cannot exercise any right over it, after acceptance of the prize. The prize winning entries are meant to be used by MoHFW for promotional and display purposes of MAA programme and also for any other use as may be deemed appropriate for the initiative.
** The entries must not contain any provocative, objectionable or inappropriate content.
** Multiple submissions of the poster by the same participant would not be considered.
** The participant must be the same person who has designed the poster; plagiarism would not be allowed.
** Please note that the poster design must be original and should not violate any provision of the Indian Copyright Act, 1957.
** Anyone found infringing on others’ copyright would be disqualified from the competition. MoHFW does not bear any responsibility for copyright violations or infringements of intellectual property carried out by the participants.
** Participant is to make sure that his/her MyGov profile is accurate and updated since MoHFW would be using this for further communication. This includes details such as name, photo and phone number.
** Entries with incomplete profiles would not be considered.
