** This contest is hosted by SOTC Travel Services Pvt. Ltd. (“SOTC”)

** In case if we find that the participant has created his/her account only to participate in the contest, SOTC may consider it to be invalid entry.
** Only those users who are individuals and residents of India shall be eligible to participate in the contest.
** The contest is not open to the employees of SOTC Travel Services Pvt. Ltd., SMG Convonix, and their associate companies, their family, friends, etc. and the franchisee and PSA network of SOTC Travel Services Pvt. Ltd.
** Users can take part in the contest only once.
** The Contest period is 6th August 2016 to 4th October 2016. The right to change it is at the sole discretion of SOTC Travel Services Pvt. Ltd.
** 2 participants answering maximum questions correctly in minimum time during the contest tenure of 4 weeks will be eligible to win the contest and will be selected by SOTC. In case of tie, the winners will be selected randomly amongst the top entries.
** The 2 winners will get a free 2 night’s stay on Continental Plan Basis (i.e. Room with Breakfast and Hotel Taxes Inclusive) for a Couple at Sterling Hotels / or similar, depending on winners location. South: Ooty / Kodaikanal; North: Mussoorie / Manali; East: Darjeeling / Puri; West: Goa/ Daman / Lonavala.
** The prize for the winners cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred or exchanged for any other product. Travel Validity: Till 31st March, 2017 (excluding festive dates of Dusshera/Diwali/Christmas-New Year).
** This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer of SOTC.
** This offer is non-transferable. Any change in dates / amendment is subject to availability at the hotel & at hotels discretion.
** By taking part in the Contest you agree to receive communication from SOTC Travel Services Pvt. Ltd. about Contest and other promotions on the email ID that you have shared.
** SOTC reserves the right to change/amend the prizes.
** SOTC reserves the right to extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, change, alter or modify this contest or any part thereof including the eligibility criteria at its sole discretion at any time during its validity as may be required in its sole discretion.
** Any lapse in communicating with the winner due to false emails/addresses/provided by the winners via contest entry process will not be the responsibility of SOTC Travel Services Pvt. Ltd., and the winner will be treated as void in such cases.
** SOTC Travel Services Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify, add or delete any of the terms and conditions or participation mechanics of the contest at any point of time at its sole discretion, without serving any prior intimation to the participants.
** Intimation of any change, modification, addition, deletion in the terms and condition of the Contest will be served to the participant by posting the revised terms and condition of the Contest on the Facebook campaign page.
** SOTC Travel Services Pvt. Ltd. does not take any responsibility for any content submitted by the contestants, and reserves its rights to direct the possible claimants to the contestants in the respect of the content submitted by the contestants.
** We may collect personally identifiable information that you provide to us, such as your name, member ID, phone number or email address which may be used by SOTC Travel Services Pvt. Ltd. for its internal and promotional purposes.
** SOTC Travel Services Pvt. Ltd. may also access profile and other information from Social media platforms.
** These Terms and Conditions for the contest shall be construed, interpreted, applied and governed in accordance with the laws of India.
** Any disputes with regards to the contest shall be subject only to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
** By participating in the contest, the participants agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of participation.
