The Coolpad Mega 2.5D Cashback contest (“Contest”) is brought to you Coolpad Overseas Limited (“Coolpad”/ “Brand”) and is made available to you by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (“ASSPL”/ “Amazon”). Please read these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) before entering the Contest.

Amazon.in e-Gift Cards (“Gift Card(s)”) are issued by QwikCilver Solutions Private Limited (“QwikCilver”), a private limited company incorporated under the laws of India and can be redeemed on www.amazon.in or the mobile application or the mobile site thereof (“Amazon.in”) as per the terms and conditions for their redemption (“Gift Card Terms”) available at https://www.amazon.in/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=201557550.

Eligibility:
You need to fulfil the following eligibility criteria to enter the Contest:
(a) You should be an individual legal resident of the Republic of India;
(b) You should have set India as your current country in your account settings on Amazon.in;
(c) You have a billing address within the territory of India; and
(d) You should be of an age 18 years or above at the time of entry into the Contest.

Residents of the State of Tamil Nadu are not eligible to enter the Contest since such contests are prohibited in the State of Tamil Nadu under the Tamil Nadu Prize Schemes (Prohibition) Act, 1979.

Details of the Contest & How to Enter:
1.This Contest will commence from September 19, 2016 at 00:00:01 a.m. and ends on September 21, 2016 at 11:59:59 p.m. or until stocks of the Product are available for purchase on Amazon.in, whichever is earlier (“Contest Period”).

2.In order to be eligible for the Contest, you must;
(a)sign-in to or sign-up to your account on Amazon.in during the Contest Period; and
(b)purchase a Coolpad Mega 2.5D device (during the Contest Period) listed by third party sellers on Amazon.in (“Product(s)”), provided that you or the seller do not cancel the order and/or return and/ or exchange the Product).

3.At the end of the Contest Period, amongst all customers who satisfy the eligibility criteria in Section 2 above (“Participants”), 75 (seventy five) customers will be selected by a random draw of lots to be eligible to answer the Contest question which they will receive from Amazon through an e-mail (“Contest Question”)

4.Subject to these T&Cs, if the selected Participants answer the Contest Question correctly within the time period communicated by Amazon, the winners will be eligible to receive from the Brand a Gift Card issued by QwikCilver worth an amount equal to the full price paid by the customer for purchasing the Product on Amazon.in (“Prize(s)”), and such Prize can be redeemed on Amazon.in for future purchases as per the Gift Card Terms.

5.Each winner will be eligible to receive only one Prize(s) under this Contest.
