100th Issue Contest Terms and Conditions:

** Worldwide Media Private Limited (“WWM”) is conducting several contests to celebrate the 100th Edition of the GoodHomes India magazine (“Contests”). By entering and participating in the Contests, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”).

** The GoodHomes 100th Edition Contests will begin on Thursday, 1st September, 2016 and will conclude on Friday, 30th September, 2016 (“Contest Period”) (except the “Unscramble The Power List” and “Spot The Milestone” contests have been extended till 5th October, 2016.)
** The Contests are open only to Indian citizens and residents who are above the age of 18 years. The Contests are not open for employees of WWM or its group companies, and their immediate family members.

** You can participate in each of the Contests and send your entries to WWM before the Last Date of the individual Contest as notified in the posts uploaded on the Platforms, and state or send your responses to the post of the particular Contest as instructed in the posts.

** Only one entry per person is permitted for each Contest. You may enter and submit your response for all of the Contests conducted. Multiple entries by same person submitted for a single Contest shall lead to disqualification of such person from all the Contests. Entries made in bulk or by third parties are prohibited.

** WWM reserves the right to cancel any duplicate entries and debar all such entries from the Contests at its absolute discretion. WWM reserves the right in its absolute discretion to disqualify any person at any time if it has reasonable grounds to believe that such person has breached any of the Terms and Conditions or any applicable law.

** Entries received after the last specified date of each Contest will not be considered. Entries must be posted and received by WWM in English language only, unless otherwise specified. The winners of each Contest will be chosen by draw of lots. The winners will be chosen individually for each Contest, and the number of winners chosen from each Contest may vary.

** The winners of each of the Contests will be announced on the Platforms, and will be notified that he/she has won via email after the end of the Contest Period. A winner, who receives an email from WWM, should acknowledge the notification email within one week or else an alternate winner will be selected by WWM at its sole discretion.

** The prize must be claimed within six months of notification of the same. WWM may require the winner who claims and collects the prize to submit a valid identity proof and other documentation for verification and authenticity purposes. An entry is deemed void if WWM determines the submitted entry is not an original, or if the entry is illegible, incomplete, damaged, irregular, altered, counterfeit, produced in error or obtained through fraud or theft.
