Jaldi Karo Contest :

** ‘Jaldi Karo’ contest is valid from 19/09/2016 to 30/09/2016.

** The contest is valid only for Indian citizens, who have attained the age of 18 years, residing in India.
** ‘Jaldi Karo’ contest is organized by Berger Paints India Ltd.
** The participation in this contest is purely voluntary and the same shall be construed as an acceptance of the terms and conditions stipulated herein. No employee, retailer, distributor or agent of Berger Paints India Ltd. and their immediate families shall be entitled to participate in this contest.
** To participate in the contest, users have to visit the landing page URL, follow the instructions mentioned to watch the latest Express Painting TVC and arrange the screens, followed by sharing it on social media portals.
** The winners will be selected basis the time taken to complete the challenge, number of attempts and based on the leaderboard Top 20 participants, at the end of the campaign.
** The 20 winners stand to win shopping vouchers worth Rs.2500 each.

Eligibility:
** This contest will be open to all the residents of India with the exception of employees, their immediate family members, agents, distributors, retailers and any other channel partner of Berger Paints India Ltd. and the partner agency.
** The contest is valid only for Indian citizens who have attained the age of 18 years, residing in India.
** In order to be eligible for the gratifications, all shortlisted winners should have a valid address.
** Berger Paints India Ltd. will have all the authority to call shortlisted winners by virtue of them having voluntarily participated in the contest.

Winner Selection:
** Total of 20 winners will be selected at end of the campaign – whoever completes the challenge fastest, to win shopping vouchers worth Rs.2500 each.
** In addition to these 20 winners, there shall also be 5 lucky winners, chosen at random, who share their score on Facebook and/or Twitter, to win shopping vouchers worth Rs.2500 each.
** Gratifications will be given subject to the winner satisfying the verification process of Berger Paints India Ltd.
** The gratifications cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. In the event that the winner does not take the gratification in the time and manner stipulated, then it will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the same. Gratifications must be taken as offered and cannot be varied.
** Any unused gratification is not-transferable, non-refundable and non-redeemable for other goods or services and cannot be taken in exchange for cash.
** Berger Paints India Ltd. shall provide the gratifications as mentioned above. Berger Paints India Ltd. and/or its associates, affiliates and/ or its management, directors, officers, agents, representatives shall not be responsible for or liable (including but not limited to the product and service liabilities) for deficiency and/or defect of any gift voucher for any kind of consequential damages/ loss, in any manner whatsoever. If any participant has any grievance with respect to the gratification he/she may directly contact the manufacturer.
** The images of the gratifications depicted on the website are for illustrative purposes only and the actual gratification may vary from the depiction made.

Contacting Winners:

** Berger Paints India Ltd. will announce the winners on the landing page URL, Facebook, Twitter & Instagram pages.
** The shortlisted winners must acknowledge by sending their respective email IDs along with their ID proofs within a week after the campaign through Facebook Inbox or Email ID provided by Berger Paints.
** Berger Paints India Ltd. will mail the Amazon voucher codes to the respective email IDs provided by the winners.
** In the event the shortlisted winner’s fails to acknowledge within a week’s time, the participant’s entry stands canceled and he/she becomes ineligible to receive the gratification.
** Upon receipt of the above mentioned documents, Berger Paints India Ltd. or its partner agency shall scrutinize all documents. If all the documents are in order and valid, only then they will be treated as a confirmed winner.
** No gratification will be awarded if the information presented by the participant(s) at the time of entering the contest is not factually correct.
** In the event of death of the confirmed winner, no claim from the nominee or his/her legal heirs of the Confirmed Winner shall be entertained for receiving the gratification.
