Amazon App Jackpot Contest:

This Amazon App Jackpot contest (“Contest”) is made available to you by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (“ASSPL”/ “Amazon”). Please read these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) before entering the Contest. You agree that, by participating in this Contest, you will be bound by these T&Cs and you acknowledge that you satisfy all Contest eligibility requirements as provided herein below.

Eligibility:
You need to fulfil the following eligibility criteria to enter the Contest:
(a) You should be an individual legal resident of the Republic of India;
(b) You should have set India as your current country in your account settings on Amazon.in;
(c) You have a billing address within the territory of India; and
(d) You should be of an age 18 years or above at the time of entry into the Contest.

Details of the contest and How to enter:
1. This Contest will commence from September 22nd, 2016 at 12:00:01 a.m. (IST) and end on October 31st, 2016 at 11:59:59 p.m. (IST) (“Contest Period”).
2. In order to be eligible for the Contest, during the Contest Period you must: (a) download the mobile/tablet application of Amazon.in (“Amazon.in App”); and (b) thereafter, sign-in to or sign-up from an account on the Amazon.in App.
3. At the end of the Contest Period, amongst all participants who undertake the actions stated in Section 2 above in accordance with these T&Cs, seven (7) participants will be selected by a random draw of lots to be eligible to answer the Contest question which they will receive from Amazon through an email.
4. Subject to these T&C, the selected participant who answers the Contest question correctly within the stipulated time period will be eligible to receive one (1) of the prizes from the following: an Iphone 7, GoPro Camera, Bose Multimedia Speaker System, Motorola 360 2nd Gen smart watch, Sony PS 4, Alienware Dell Laptop, Sony Bravia 50” TV (hereinafter each referred to as a “Prize”).
5. Each participant will be eligible to receive only one Prize under this Contest.

By entering the Contest, you consent to being placed on a mailing list for promotional and other materials for Amazon. You may update or change your email preferences at the email preferences page.

Other Contests:
Please note that we may be running similar contests or promotions at the same time as this Contest. By entering this Contest, you will not be eligible to receive any benefit awarded in any other promotion/ contest unless you enter each promotion/ contest separately.

Prizes:
There are a total of seven (7) Prizes that will be provided under this Contest. The Prize(s) will be delivered to each of the seven (7) winners on or before December 31, 2016 by Amazon.

Odds of Winning:
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Eligible entries are ones that satisfy the eligibility criteria outlined above and follow the steps outlined in the ‘Details of the Contest and the How to Enter’ section above.
