Lenovo Z2 Plus-APP Only Cashback Contest :

The Lenovo Z2 Plus App only cashback contest (“Contest”) and the benefits/ prizes here under are provided to you by Lenovo (India) Private Limited (“Lenovo”). Please read these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) before entering the Contest.

Eligibility:
** You need to fulfill the following eligibility criteria to enter the Contest
** You should be an individual legal resident of the Republic of India;
** You should have set India as your current country in your account settings on Amazon.in;
** You have a billing address within the territory of India; and
** You should be of an age 18 years or above at the time of entry into the Contest.
** Residents of the state of Tamil Nadu are not eligible to enter the Contest since such contests are prohibited in the state of Tamil Nadu under the Tamil Nadu Prize Schemes (Prohibition) Act, 1979.
** Our employees, their immediate family members (spouses, domestic partners, parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren), and our affiliates, advisors, advertising/Contest agencies are not eligible to enter the Contest.

Details of the Contest & How To Enter:
** This Contest will commence from September 26, 2016 at 12:00:01 a.m. (IST) and end on September 27, 2016 at 11:59:59 p.m. (IST) (“Contest Period”).

** In order to be eligible for the Contest, during the Contest Period, you must purchase a “Lenovo Z2 Plus” device (“Product”), listed by third party sellers on the mobile application of Amazon.in, provided that your order for such Product should not have been cancelled by either you or the seller or the purchased Product should not be returned or refunded by you.

** At the end of the Contest Period, amongst all customers who purchase the Product in accordance with Section 2 above, 15 customers will be chosen by a random draw of lots to be eligible to answer the Contest question which they will receive from Amazon through an email.

** All customers who answer the Contest question correctly within the time period communicated by Amazon, will be eligible to receive Amazon.in Gift Cards (issued by QwikCilver Solutions Private Limited) worth INR 17,999 if they bought Lenovo Z2 Plus (Black, 32 GB) or Lenovo Z2 Plus (White, 32 GB) or Amazon.in Gift Cards (issued by QwikCilver Solutions Private Limited) worth INR 19,999 if they bought Lenovo Z2 Plus (Black, 64 GB) or Lenovo Z2 Plus (White, 64 GB) from Lenovo (“Prize”).

** Please note that this is an App-only Contest i.e. you will NOT be eligible for this Contest if you purchase the Product from the desktop site or mobile site of Amazon.in. Each participant will be eligible to receive only one Prize under this Contest.

By entering the Contest, you consent to being placed on a mailing list for promotional and other materials for Amazon. You may update or change your email preferences at the email preferences page.

Other Contests:
Please note that we may be running similar contests or promotions at the same time as this Contest. By entering this Contest, you will not be eligible to receive any benefit awarded in any other promotion/ contest unless you enter each promotion/ contest separately.

Prizes:

There are a total of 15 Prizes that will be under this Contest i.e. 1 Prize to each of the 15 participants who are declared winners at the end of the Contest Period. The Prize will be delivered to each winner on or before December 15, 2016.

Odds of Winning:
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Eligible entries are ones that satisfy the eligibility criteria outlined above and follow the steps outlined in the ‘Details of the Contest and the How to Enter’ section above.
