#NeverGetDull Contest Terms & Conditions :

1. The “#NeverGetDull” (“Contest”) is brought to you by WayToShave (Nipun Razors & Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd.) (“Organizer”).

2. The contest will take place on WayToShave’s social media pages (Facebook, Instagram and Twitter) and the website contest page www.waytoshave.com/ngd.
3. The contest is open to all Indian citizens residing in India above 18 years of age, except the employees and the family members of the Organizer, its JV partners, associate companies, its agencies and its auditors (“User/s”).
4. Contest is valid for 7 Days: 27th September 2016 to 3rd October 2016. (“Contest Period”). However, Organizer may in its absolute discretion curtail or extend the Contest Period, as it deems necessary, without any liability whatsoever.

5. No purchase necessary. Participation is optional.
6. To participate in the Contest, Users will have to share their entry as Text/Pictures/GIFs/Videos on any of the Organizer’s social media pages, or as a comment on any of the contest posts, and use the hashtag #NeverGetDull.
7. The basis for qualification of the entries into the randomizer shall be the following:
8. Picture clarity and visibility of the details as required in the activity
9. Originality of the Pictures/ GIFs /Videos
10. Must be in English or Hindi only

11. All valid entries which qualify the eligibility criteria as detailed in Para 7 above will be judged by an independent judge. 1 grand prize winner and 2 runners up will be awarded for the duration of the entire contest. Users can send multiple entries, however only one out of multiple entries from the same user shall be considered valid for selection.

12. The Participants agree and undertake that their aforementioned posts on the social media pages will be their original creation/s and shall not in any way be obscene, vulgar, disrespectful or defamatory in any manner, nor shall be in violation of any intellectual property rights of third parties and/or applicable laws.

13. Grand prize winner will receive 1 (one) ITC Hotels gift card worth Rs 10000 (“Prize”), and 1 (one) free subscription to a 1-year (one-year) WayToShave shaving plan of their choice. The 2 (two) runners up will receive (one) free subscription to a 6-month (six-month) WayToShave shaving plan of their choice each.

14. The Users sending their entries after the Date of Activity as detailed in para 4 will not be eligible for the Prize.
15. The Organizers will not be liable for any loss of data due to server issues and other technical faults that may come up in the real time monitoring of the Facebook posts sent out by Users during the Contest Period.
16. Prizes will be couriered to the winners via third party vendor and Organizer does not hold any liability for damage/delay in delivery/non-delivery of the prizes.

17. Decision of Organizer’s will be final and binding with regard to the Contest and Prize and no correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
18. Notification of the winner status must be kept confidential until the Winners are publicly revealed by the Organizer or the winner’s Prize will be forfeited.

19. At the Organizer’s request, Winners must participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) related to winning of the Prize, free of charge, and they consent to the Organizer using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a Winner (including but not limited to photographs, film and/or recording of the same) in promotional material and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Organizer.

20. No cash payment will be made in lieu of the Prize.
21. The Organizers accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the Prize winnings. Winners will have to bear incidental costs, if any, that may arise for redemption of the Prize.
