#DHLFan Photo Booth Contest:

By participating in the #DHLFan anti-gravity photo booth contest, the participant acknowledges that he or she hereby willingly opts to participate in this Contest/Activity at his/her sole discretion and conscience.

Before beginning to participate in the contest, the participant accepts and agrees that he/she has read, understood, and accepted the terms and conditions, and is legally bound by these terms and conditions mentioned herein

Terms & Conditions:

** The #DHLFan anti-gravity photo booth contest will be open from 1st October 2016 onwards and will remain open till the cut-off date mentioned below.
** To participate in this contest, a person has to visit the anti-gravity photo booths stationed at all the stadiums that are hosting an ISL 2016 match, take a picture in a creative pose, add anti-gravity effects and upload it on his/her Facebook profile with #DHLFan. He/She must tag @DHLIndiaOfficial and @Sportskeeda in his/her post to be eligible for the contest.
** The last date for the entries is 4th of December 2016.
** One (1) participant would be declared winner on 6th of December 2016 who will receive two passes for the ISL 2016 final. The criteria to select the winner is based on the number of likes he/she receives on the Facebook post with the hashtag. There shall be no consolation prizes.
** Any resident citizen of India who has attained the age of adulthood can participate in this #DHLFan anti-gravity photo booth contest. Officers and employees of DHL Express India Pvt. Ltd. and agencies associated with this Contest, and their immediate family members (including but not limited to the parents, brothers/sisters, spouse, children) are not eligible to participate in this contest.
** All travelling/commuting/lodging/accommodation expenses(if any), in addition to the match tickets will be taken care of by DHL Express India Pvt. Ltd. Any other expense will have to be borne by the individual themselves.
** Selection of the winner(s) will be done by DHL Express India Pvt. Ltd. and Sportskeeda and shall be final & binding on all participants.
** Any participant found to be manipulating or forging the results through unlawful or unethical means shall be disqualified.
** The contest is organised by DHL Express India Pvt. Ltd. (Organiser) and managed by Absolute Sports Pvt. Ltd., a professional sports company.
** The names of the winners would be declared from the Facebook page of Sportskeeda. Upon announcement of the results, the winner will be required to provide his/her acceptance/rejection of the prize within 48 hours through direct message to the Sportskeeda Facebook page. Failure of the winner to communicate the acceptance or rejection within the time frame entitles the Organiser to disqualify the winner and replace them with another eligible participant.
** The winners will be contacted by DHL Express India Pvt. Ltd.. The winner shall produce documents to prove his/her identity and age proof at his/her own cost. The prizes shall not be transferable / redeemable against anything else, whether in cash or kind.
** If a participant has won the Contest but does not wish to take the Contest Prize, DHL Express India Pvt. Ltd. will not alter the whole or any part of the Contest Prize. Under no circumstances can any portion of the Contest Prize be converted into cash whether by way of refund or otherwise.
** The Contest Prize shall not be transferred or sold, and will be exclusively for the Winner.
** DHL Express India Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to change the Contest Prize at any time without any prior notice or consultation.
** DHL Express India Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible to the participant or to any other party for compensation as a result of the above-mentioned actions or any other breach of these terms and conditions. It shall be the participants’ responsibility to ensure that a valid name, e-mail address, phone number or any other details required by DHL Express India Pvt. Ltd. are provided.
