Annual Art Olympiad :
Annual Art Olympiad is a unique national level Art Competition to identify talented Artists, as part of Small Hand Big Art initiative. All students participating in the Annual Art Olympiad, receive a ‘Participation certificate’ acknowledging their talent.

The winners achievement is recognised through a ‘Certificate of Merit’ and also a monetary award. All the winners Art work is displayed at a premier Art Gallery. In addition, Winners in category C and D are invited to a Sponsored Workshop held at a premier Art Gallery.
In the past three years, the exhibition and Workshop was held at Lalit Kala Akademi New Delhi (for 2013-14), Lalit Kala Akademi Chennai (for 2014-15) and at Sir JJ Institute of Applied Art Mumbai (for 2015-16)

How to Participate:
** Entries will be collected through schools ONLY – no individual entries to be accepted directly from Students.
** Schools to conduct Small Hand Big Art’s Annual Art Olympiad 2016-17 session during school hours on any day of their choice while the Annual Art Olympiad is open.
** ONLY those Art Work that have been made during Annual Art Olympiad 2016-17 session conducted at school, should be submitted.
** All Art Works to be made on paper sheets of A4 size ONLY. No canvas paintings will be accepted.
** Any theme and any type of colour or pencil can be used.
** Each student can submit a maximum of 3 Art Works.
** Application Form to be submitted along with the Art Work and Application Fees.
** Parents to send application Fees of Rs 150 per Art Work to the school, along with the completed form(Rs 300 for two Art Work and Rs 450 for three Art Work submitted).
** School can retain Rs 10 per Application, from the application fee of Rs 150 collected for each Art Work submitted by the students. The retained amount is to be utilised towards Speed Post charges, Demand Draft fee and Paper charges.
** School to issue one demand draft for the application fees collected (Rs 140 x number of Art Work submitted) in favour of KALAABUZZ PVT LTD, payable at Bangalore.
** Each Art Work to have the following details mentioned clearly at the back:
Name of School
Name of student
Category (based on age A:5-8 Years, B:9-12 Years, C:13-15 Years, D:16-17 Years)
Phone number of Art Teacher/School
** School to send a printed list of all children who are sending Art Work along with following details:
Name of School, School address and phone number of Art Teacher, clearly mentioned on top of each sheet
Complete Name of Student
Category (based on age A:5-8 Years, B:9-12 Years, C:13-15 Years, D:16-17 Years)
Contact number of Parent
** IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE SCHOOL TO ENSURE THAT NO CASH IS SENT ACROSS TO ORGANISERS OR TO THE CO-ORDINATORS. APPLICATION FEE TO BE SENT ONLY IN FORM OF DEMAND DRAFT TO THE ORGANISERS BY THE SCHOOL.
** School to send all the Art Work and Demand draft – TOGETHER – in one single packet, to organisers address:

Last Date to send Art work : 31st October 2016
The packet should be dispatched by Indian Post Office – SPEED POST facility ONLY. No couriers will be accepted. SPEED POST accepts packets that are addressed to Post Bag addresses.
